Lianna, was phenomenal and she was very personable with everyone while I sat at the bar. The atmosphere was extremely calm and relaxing
and she makes it happen here.
The drinks, onion rings, mashed potatoes, and main course were solid and surprisingly good. The steak, however, missed the mark and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Overall, It’s not perfect, but for what you pay, you could consider it great.
Patty & Lianna are the best here. Customer service is excellent here.
Alexis was an excellent server and very friendly. She was the best thing about the experience.
Party the bartender was great.
Not big on chain eating but had a really good meal. Shrimp were perfectly cooked chicken was seasoned and our waitress was super nice. I will be back
Food is overall good, however the salmon was a little overcooked. Service was great, and the vibe is good.
Usually Applebees is one of my favorite restaurants, but today my first time at the one in Hadley MA, I had a bad dislike with the food, I ordered my favorite the chicken sandwich, the chicken looked like it was in an oven for about 10 hours and the breading was very dry and you could notice that it was not a fresh chicken and the fries were cold what a disappointment, I hope this restaurant improves its service😞😞😞
I travel to Boston for business that my 2 stop here and I ask for something the it’s not in the menu jet but they making over my expectations super high I give 💯 respect to everyone working there thanks for you wonderfully service
Waiters here are non existent most of the time but hit honey chicken so what else do you need besides that?
