Walked in during the day, 12-1:00. The greeter was there within 2 min., sat us down and said Hailey, would be there shortly. We waited 10 min, servers were standing near the kitchen. Not one person came to our table. Walked out!

Came back and updated some stars because the manager personally called me and offered me a gift card for my experience and for that I am grateful!Food was absolutely disgusting, I got the honey pepper Mac and cheese and they basically gave me watery cheese sauce with what looked like 3 day old chicken tenders. Very disgusted will not be coming back.

I have a sister who I take out ever so often to Applebee's is close in her hometown and she loves it and we always get a warm welcome ☺Kid-friendliness: Definitely family oriented has a kid's menu with their favorites.

Applebee's is Applebee's, but this Applebee's is like a better Applebee's.The cooks obviously understand what it takes to produce good food, and they give enough of a damn to actually do it, and the staff is friendly.
Recently visited the Hadley location. What happened to this ? Service went way downhill. I would not go back if this was my first visit. First went in early about 4pm . The server never came to check on us. My steak that I ordered was overcooked on outside and undercooked on inside. Never got a bill. I had to use the table machine to find my bill . This as we were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday . Her burger was undercooked, and the wife's Salmon had bones in it still. Good thing it was dead in restaurant hate to seen what would have happened if busy. Would give negative if possible.

I ordered delivery from Applebee's yesterday.I was really pleased with the delivery and pricing.Uber Eats was the courier that delivered yesterday's order.All of the items in the order were present and were delivered in a timely manner.The Oreo Shake is really good. It's not really thick, but it's refreshing.
