Keep in mind it took me a while to get here. We have been going to chilis in our town (Hadley, MA) since we moved to Amherst 2 years ago and it’s been such an up & down experience dining in we decided to only order out from now on.
We LOVE Chilis burgers (or used to) and the appetizers are usually beyond amazing but the last few meals have been lacking with Thai last one being the last straw unfortunately.
We ordered 2 burger meals, chips and salsa, trio appetizer & a kids meal.
I’m going to include the kids meal pictures here so you can see how many fries he god but most important, the burnt rock hard burgers he received. I took a bite and had to spit it out.
Our burgers, cooked SO cold & dry we were only able to take a couple bites. The chips were ice cold and salsa runny. The appetizer trio was great BUT again, cold. I made sure to set the time for the order exactly just so, so it would t ve sitting for more than 5 mins. There is NO reason our food should have been made so early and sitting for so long. NOT worth the $68 we paid.

Appetiser was good. Mozzarella sticks. The rest was bad. Steak fajita, hamburger and crispy chicken. Between the 3 of us we ate 1/4 of the food and service was non existent. Never will return. Not a $90 meal by any means.

Came in, my menu was sticky and had some sort of food or sauce on the front which got on my hands, pretty gross. Waitress was rushing us as we literally sat was like, are you guys ready to order? Like literally as we sat down, menus not even opened yet nothing. Rushed us the entire time. Wasn't friendly, bordering on rude. Just seemed overwhelmed which was weird because it really was not busy. My daughter briefly tried to speak to her and she just ignored her which like i totally get kids arent for everyone but my 3 yr old was just being friendly. We got nachos which was like maybe 12 chips stacked with stuff?? Pricy for such a small amount of chips, I've never seen nachos done like that before, if Id realized I dont think we would've ordered them. Husband's steak was overcooked, like very overcooked. My food was decent. My daughter did eat her food so I assume it was alright. The manager was coming around but my husband is an assistant GM at another restaurant so he doesn't really like to complain and we werent interested in waiting for a whole other steak to be cooked correctly. But like.. just was not a good experience and we won't be back. For the $91 we paid we could've gone somewhere with better service.

Chicken crispers r sometimes chewy but it’s good either way lol

I was in the Hadley location today Sunday the 20 th of july.the service was great the Q p burger was delicious the fries were so over seasoned they were awful both of us just didn't like them.I will go there to eat again I love the loaded baked potato soup,the burgers,and most things I have eaten there over the last 2 years.
