To the girl with the pink hair who works at this Dunkin… every time I come through the drive-thru, you act annoyed, and make it obvious you don’t want to be there. Today I ordered a drink and simply asked to add 1 sandwich at the window. You rolled your eyes at me, laughed with your coworkers, shook your head, and made me feel stupid for asking something so small. It’s your job. I didn’t ask you to make a hundred things sandwiches, I just wanted to add one item. The attitude every single time is uncalled for and so unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, then maybe it’s time to move on instead of taking it out on paying customers who are literally being polite. That kind of energy will get you nowhere in life. Do better.

Ordered a Matcha and got half of one. We asked politely if it could get remade and watched them close the window to giggle at us and then they told us “thats just how it comes”. I would understand if they said they were in a rush and couldn’t remake it..but to laugh and just lie. Awful. Terrible customer service.

Worst Dunkin ever. They have a sign that says they charge extra for light ice, but instead they told me they wouldn’t fill my drink up all the way if I got light ice. Didn’t even offer the extra charge option. Also their bathrooms aren’t dirty but the door doesn’t work right and neither does the hand dryer.

I was very pleased with how quick their service was but then I went to eat my food and realized why. The hashbrowns weren’t even cooked all the way and they were cold. I love dunkin and we were very disappointed because we ordered 3 hash browns and had to throw them all away. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
