THE coffee shop that I compare all other coffee shops to! Essalon has everything - incredible coffee, great food and a stellar staff.

Delicious food and house roasted coffee in a welcoming space. Order at the counter and choose indoor, porch, or garden seating. Food was served quickly. The Big Brekkie did not disappoint.

Love this place! Great food and atmosphere, especially when the courtyard is open in the summer. It can get busy on weekend mornings but tables usually open up fairly quickly.

Excellent food, which makes it all the more frustrating that they NEVER get the order correct. Every time one dish ordered is missing. Once there was cheese on a sandwich ordered with no cheese only discovered after driving away so in the trash.

Lovely little place for coffee and a chat. The images shown are a raspberry bar and a ginger molasses cookie.

Perfect place for a simple but delicious lunch. The garden is an oasis. Surprisingly quick ordering and delivery on a busy August day. My grilled cheese was terrific.

Parking for lucky people only 😂 Machiatto was good and small. Don't go in a rush, go to enjoy coffee made with love. They were roasting some and boy the perfume was to die for.

The food is graet! The coffee is even better.

It's our favorite spot for brunch on weekends. It can be busy and be prepared to wait in line to place the order and wait up to 20 minutes to get a table. Veggie Brekkie is my favorite dish here.

Great breakfast joint. Mary went above and beyond explaining which coffees are currently popular and the breakfast menu as well. Friendly staff and well kept. See you next time!
