Mother's Day lunch was superb from the time of making reservations, to seating, to drinks, to ordering meals, and check-out. Pomegranate mimosas were excellent, as were the key lime begnets.
All food is fresh sliced to order vegetables you can clearly see is fresh and everything's done right in front of you and once a year they donate all proceeds from every store to a charity
Really good, I loved the peanuts and the atmosphere was really friendly. I ordered a burger, fries, and milkshake and its was rlly good!
Great service
First time going. Everything was great and exceptional service.
Very good cheeseburgers the little cheeseburgers have one patty and the the regular cheeseburgers have two patties that’ll be careful when you order their french fries are to die for they like at the biggie little vinegar on them and they’re just perfect. I think they make them with peanut oil but their food is very good my daughter bit into her cheeseburger. The first time she ever had five guys and she cried because it was so good. True story so for a chain I would recommend it highly enjoy.

Amazing Service at Five Guys in Hadley
We had such a great experience at the Five Guys in Hadley! Matt and his team went above and beyond to make sure my family and the three kiddos we were with had an extra special time.
From the moment we walked in, they were so friendly and welcoming. Matt really went out of his way to make the kids feel special and even surprised us with a little treat that made their day (and ours, too!).
It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and kind service these days, and it really made our visit memorable. Huge thanks to Matt and the team for making us feel so cared for. We’ll definitely be back!

Prices don’t scare me off anymore, but I get it. That’s a tough one if you are feeding a family, or even just struggling a bit. My biggest issue and why I stopped going to Five Guys and Burger Fi, and Shake Shack, was not because of the prices, but because of the kids cooking the burgers. If I am paying 23.00 for a burger and fries, I damn well want somebody with some life experience cooking it. At least someone who cares.
I felt like I had fallen victim again because this location was all kids. Well, here comes another careless piece of ground beef. However, not so much. The burger was exceptionally prepared and topping were proportionate to the bun. The fries were rushed, not awful, but either rushed or oil was added and not brought up to temp.
The place was clean and tidy. My only complaint were too many Massholes in attendance. No excuse me, or help wiping their table, peanut shells all over the floors, people leaving their trash on the tables. Entitlement is strong in this area. So entitled they are oblivious to how poor their mannerisms and action are.

So sick of this place messing up my order then saying it’s for doordash. If your five guys app goes to doordash it’s not clear to us as customers and we cannot track our orders. The way you always blame customers for your errors is an abomination. We will not go there again. Disgusting service.

This was posted 4 years ago, but I didn't realize I gave the review at the wrong location. Here's the review for the proper location.
AWESOME. The line went by quickly and efficiently. Great effort! Orders are processed quickly and clearly. I visited yesterday, and the staff is just wonderful. The people who helped clean the area were friendly and welcoming, and even the kitchen staff engaged with customers in a way I've never seen before. I felt like they not only appreciated the food I ordered, but also my presence! The woman at the counter was especially kind, telling me to enjoy my meal and have a nice day. 10/10 would recommend! The food might be a little pricey, but it's definitely worth it. I've never finished all my fries before, but I did this time—and that says a lot! It’s such a blessing that they opened a burger joint in Hadley!

I went in a couple weeks ago and the vibes were so so bad. There was a manager named Thomas who was clearly upsetting the staff and it made me very uncomfortable. To be clear the staff were kind and did their best, but he made it really weird….. anyone else?
Predictable good burgers and a greasy bag o' fries....but oh my the prices. Has always been a once in a while indulgence but now? Crazy expensive. Let's just remember it's a big burger in foil not gourmet cuisine. Friendly staff, decently clean store. Usual moderately slow service but you'll know the burger is fresh. If ya can afford it it's great.

So fricking good. All burgers are doubles, large fries are like, half the entire bag, and it's not worth it unless you get a shake. So what if it's 25 bucks a pop, when the pop is this true to excellence, it's worth 5 or 10 visits to a fast food den of inequity in which your order will be both unsatisfying AND prepared improperly. I'll always abs happily pay more for something that's guaranteed to be as advertised!
