Only the French fries were recognizable from the past Friendly's. Food was pretty lousy and overpriced, for what you received. Used to love Friendly's. But I think those are long gone. Menu items have changed drastically. No more rouben sandwiches. Replaced by some kind of pastrami and slaw, on burnt rock hard marble rye.

I have been to multiple friendlies and this experience has been by far the worst. We started out with overhearing a server talking to another server about how they had spit in someone’s food. Our waiter was kind but not very helpful. While waiting for our food we saw a mouse and a couple what we think were roaches on the floor. Once our food arrived multiple people in our party had hair and items that were not edible in their food. We tried to return the dishes but the management was not letting us or giving us a refund even though 2 dishes with hair hadn’t even been eaten at all. The other dish with some weird inedible items in it had about 2-3 bites. We paid our bill and left without eating any of our food. Would recommend going anywhere but here.

First off the food was blah, service wasn't good but maybe that's because the acwas broken and the heat was on. It was cooler outside in 82-degree weather. Very slow, my to go order took at least 45 minutes.

Burgers and rolls were burnt. There was only one server, and the place looked closed down. There was no wall paper on the walls.
Stopped last night for a dish of ice cream. ordered 2 dishes of 2 scoops each and paid $12.17 (including a small tip for scoopers!) at the window. The scoops were ridiculously small! It filled 1/2 of the to go container. I asked the manager who was at the window if this was it.... I mean, it was $12!!!!! and it's an ice cream place so they should be more generous with their portions and the manager said "yup, that's it. Have a nice night" and slammed the window closed!!!! I was stunned. Very unprofessional and such rude customer service.

Any employer, preventing you from getting another job by telling a potential employer not to hire you even if they didn’t say it in person is illegal
Do not call this place if you work at another Friendly’s franchise in hopes of employment, they corrupt are very weary and have a lot of conflicts of interest. And basically made my wife lose her job horrible customer service, and communication between the manager and employees… And also Horrible communication between this Friendly’s and the Friendly’s that I was currently working at. if you wanna switch from another franchise to another location because you’re moving to that location it’s because you want to stay with the company. My wife was a hard worker. She did nothing wrong. Basically got fired from making a phone call wouldn’t work at this place seems very disorganized and unreliable/a trap
Great Friendly’s, really lives up to its name. Our server, Kaitlyn G, was kind and patient in walking us through making our own sundae. She answered all of our questions and was attentive to our needs. 10/10, we’ll certainly be back. Prices getting more and more competitive what with fast food getting crazy expensive. All in all a great experience! ♥️
