First time here and I just had the best italian sub that i've had in a very long time!!! Everything about my experience was great. I really liked that they offer the mini size because I didn't want any left over for lunch.The sub was stacked, they had all the right fixings.I really enjoyed it!! It is so hard to find a good Italian sub Around this area , I know i've been looking for years!!! I'm Originally from an area where good italian subs are around every corner. Also the staff was efficient and friendly. Everyone had a smile. They put effort into my sandwich unlike some other sandwiches assembly lines were the person could care less. I will definitely be back! This is my new spot when I want an italian sub!!!

Came in to make an order to go when they were not busy at all. Stood at the order counter for 5 minutes before anyone would help us. Finally ordered 4 subs and they made the cold one right away. Sat for 20 minutes waiting on the 3 steak and cheese subs. Apparently the cook was making 2 sandwiches to go for someone else and wouldn’t start my order until the other one was done for some reason. I only have an hour lunch so I had to wolf down the order in the truck instead of back at my shop. Disappointed with the service!!

I had actually stopped going to the Jersey Mike’s because the service in Albany NY had been consistently horrible in the past. But on the night of August 9th, I decided to give it another try at the Hadley Ma location— and I’m glad I did. The crew working that night completely changed my opinion. Even though the store was extremely busy, they worked together like a well-oiled machine, showing great teamwork, collaboration, and genuinely friendly customer service. It was clear they were supporting each other to keep things running smoothly, and it made a huge difference in the experience. This is the kind of crew that can turn customers like me back into regulars

My first time ever ordering Jersey Mike's and it will probably be my last. Put in an online order at 11:13 it didn't get out of there till 12:05... My email said it would be ready at 11: 38. When they told me my order was ready I checked the bag and they were missing a sub... I mean there was only three subs total how can you mess that up? Anyway 2 stars.

We called ahead we ordered three grinders. Mine was ordered different from the other two where I wanted to toasted no cheese, lactose intolerant, roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles oil and vinegar. The sandwiches were picked up. The line was out the door. Nobody knew what was they were doing customers weren’t happy and then they tell a person picking it up. Their toaster was broken so they couldn’t toast any sandwiches brand new brand new restaurant in Halle Massachusetts they bring me my grinder as we work for a living, running a construction business and upon getting my sandwich it had cheese on it specifically they were told no cheese on top of that. It wasn’t toasted cause their toasters were broken. They didn’t offer . Their toaster was broken so they couldn’t toast any sandwiches brand new brand new restaurant in Halle Massachusetts they bring me my grinder as we work for a living, running a construction business and upon getting my sandwich it had cheese on it specifically they were told no cheese on top of that. It wasn’t toasted cause they’re toasters were broken. Didn’t offer any conversation they treated us like crap the guys that picked it up Not anybody that restaurant was happy. This is last Wednesday, which happened to be the first I believe in May just unbelievable rude people didn’t know what they were doing. The toaster doesn’t work in a brand new sub shop. Don’t go there for the same money you can go to several other grinder places Holiday pizza in South Deerfield nine dollars large roast beef you can’t even finish it. Excellent place great place to eat and their toaster works.

My husband and I placed order over the app and I paid extra for bacon and received none on the sandwich, Why can't they get the order right???? It's really not to diffcult to check the order before wrapping it, Last time I order over app I will from now on go there and watch them make it.
ordered a chicken steak sub with hot pepper relish and mayo. got a sub with very little chicken no mayo and no hot pepper relish.

Great group of people working there. All were busy but still made a point of acknowledging us and apologizing because we had to wait for a short while, even though it was not necessary to apologize. Excellent service, clean and orderly store appearance, constant cleaning from the staff, not one person was standing around doing nothing, everyone was busy.
