I had actually stopped going to the Jersey Mike’s because the service in Albany NY had been consistently horrible in the past. But on the night of August 9th, I decided to give it another try at the Hadley Ma location— and I’m glad I did. The crew working that night completely changed my opinion. Great group of people working there. All were busy but still made a point of acknowledging us and apologizing because we had to wait for a short while, even though it was not necessary to apologize. Excellent service, clean and orderly store appearance, constant cleaning from the staff, not one person was standing around doing nothing, everyone was busy.
