This McD’s should not be allowed to operate 24/7. It is the only thing open that late in the area, which is why I continue to stop there after my shift. But holy smokes, are they slow and inefficient. They are completely understaffed at all times which is pretty much all of Massachusetts, Connecticut and the surrounding liberal states; which felt they were doing people a favor by raising the minimum wage. Either it takes 30 to 40 minutes in the drive-through or I end up driving...
Monopoly use to be fun but a double qrt pounder with bacon large combo for two pieces is not. Food was so so ,no napkins and generally they seemed to busy to bother even collecting the table markers causing lines. Monopoly game just isn't worth the lack of 4 star effort, ingredients or atmosphere.
My perception of McDonald’s has dropped significantly after visiting this single branch. Food tastes terrible and it takes so long to get it.
The only reason I still gave three stars is because it’s the ONLY 7/24 restaurant in the area for when you really need food at 3am on a Tuesday, and I really appreciate that.
