Good food, friendly staff, overworked cashier she should not have to be doing walk in orders as well as being the only person to answer the phone and take on phone orders. As we sat and waited/ate our food we saw at least 15 people leave before placing their order. Please consider having someone other than the one overworked person at the counter answer the phone.
Very pleasantly surprised to have spotted a few vegan egg sandwich options while traveling through this town, so I ordered one as well as a build your own wrap for lunch. I fully expected a Just folded egg, but it was actually a homemade seasoned tofu egg! And it was very good!! Not sure if the cheese is a Violife type brand or if that's also housemade, but it was also tasty. I'm not a cheesy person (vegan or not, just not my taste) and I fhought it was very well done. The build your own wrap was a simply veggie and hummus wrap, but the house made pickles were a nice touch. All that for $15 for two meals, awesome! I wish this chain would open up more around the state and give D&D a run for its money 😄
Just ordered in person and picked up an everything with turkey, Swiss, lettuce, mayo. Got to MT Tom, opened my chair, turned on some music. Opened my sandwich…no turkey. Seriously…over the years service has gotten steadily worse as numbers of stores increased
Everything is good.
My second Tandem Bagel. This one was a spicy breakfast sandwich on a spicy hot bagel. I also got a mocha latte. A bit of a wait but not so bad. Ample seating. I could see myself editing one of my novels there.
Seriously understaffed and frankly no one paying attention to the staff and the line waited 10 minutes to place an order. No one came to a second register. At 8 am?
This is not ok. I just wanted 20 mins for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a coffee. My to go order food came out first then coffee 15 mins later. Now I have cold food to enjoy for my breakfast that I was getting on the way to my son's baseball game, I'm now late, due to the insane amount of wait time.
There is one person making all the drinks and there are at least 20 people waiting for over 15mins. There has to be a better way.
Was granted with an A+ attitude and service to match by this Bagel shop manager! I was unaware of a 72 hour notice for all catered ordered. The front desk person brought the manager over and she said if I was able to wait 20 mins that her team could make it all happen for me. While waiting I ordered the bagel that the manager suggested, which is something called “The Spicy Sandwich”…..OMG, All I can say is I wish one of these shops were in my home town of RI. THE BEST and thanks to the manager we are getting a great start with our #1 customer. You guys are SUPER GREAT! Compliments to the manager and ownership!!!
Maple cold brew was absolutely amazing! Not too sweet and so good for my pre-trail race coffee!
Great food! They are always fairly busy and only open until around 2PM so best to go early, especially if you want decent parking. Well worth the wait though!

Probably had the best french toast bagel there. I highly recommend the "Sweet" breakfast sandwich. I bought some sesame and plain bagels to bring home, both were quite delicious!

This place can get busy, and it's because the people in the area know this business makes a really good line of products. Sandwiches are really good. I enjoy just grabbing a few bagels to go. The wild cheddar bagel and cheddar bacon are wonderful. Asiago with peanut butter is a favorite of mine. They do seasonal bagels too.
