I moved out of the area about six months ago and I’m still working in the area so I stopped at Wendy’s today on my way home from a very long day at work and my experience sucked so bad that I just won’t be back. I mean in reality this wasn’t the best place to go anyway as they’ve gone downhill in the past three years in my opinion, but now it’s so much worse .
This has to be the worst Wendy’s this side of the moon. Customer service is absolutely atrocious, I don’t even think there’s a manager on duty and I would be shocked to find out I’m wrong, and I don’t know what the hell they’re hiring these days, but it’s unpleasant to deal with. Shame on Wendy’s in Hadley, Massachusetts, you need to do better.!
After today’s experience, it is very very clear as to why Wendy’s is failing as a company now. They’re no longer on par anywhere not just Hadley.

this is the second time i’ve visited this location and both were awful. walked in the door and wasn’t greeted by the employee literally standing at the register. she took our order 5 minutes later, normally, but upon giving my boyfriend his change the cashier practically dropped it in his hand (germs are icky so i get it but she was wearing gloves) and THEN proceeded to grab the single bills she had haphazardly placed onto the counter and, without straightening them out, grabbed them in a handful and gave them to him as is. also asked if to here or to go, it was an order for IN the restaurant and we were still given a bag (just like last time). was never asked if we wanted a receipt, either. just poor customer service all around. The cherry on top was our food being cold directly after taking it out of the bag :)

They are open late, which is great. Usually if you order after 9:00 pm your order will be correct. You order during the day, you’re screwed. Maybe a 50/50 shot of getting the correct order. You just have to make the best of it. I am going to intentionally order the wrong item, may get lucky and get what I want.

Overly complicated soda machine. Very hard to find the button for plain water. Bacon was overcooked. Slow service. Clean bathroom.
Drive thru staff needs to slow down and listen. Assuming what people want doesn't work. That just makes everything take longer. Please train staff on how to take orders properly.
I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches on August 10th at 10:00 a.m.. there were four cars in front of me. I waited at the speaker to order at the drive-thru for 10 minutes. And I get to the window and the girls says we're waiting on eggs. Do you still want your order? I said yes. Got my sandwiches both filled with eggshells. I literally could pick them out if the sandwich whole. It's bad enough that it had to wait a half an hour to get these sandwiches from ordering at the drive-thru to paying and receiving them and then to have them not even edible. What is going on with this? Wendy's

Ordered a double cheeseburger. It didn’t look good and tasted awful. I have to admit, I have never had a worse burger in my life. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
