We've always had a good experience with 15 Walnut. It is popular, so be sure to get reservations, especially on Friday nights. The three of us had 3 different meals, and all were good. The waitress, Rebecca, was friendly and helpful. My pulled pork sandwich was excellent - warm, with an excellent BBQ sauce, and very tasty. The bill was moderate - less than what we've seen at similar restaurants. We'll return.

I have had many satisfying and delicious experiences at “The Nut” over the years (decades), and really enjoyed coming to 15 Walnut on my annual visit to my family. However, this time, the choice of loud heavy metal guitar playlist made conversation impossible, and the ubiquitous and obnoxious big screen tvs didn’t give us a moment of peace. I am done with giving my business to restaurants that intrude on even precious moments of connection and companionship. The service was extremely slow as well.

Twice I've ordered baked haddock that their menu says comes with garlic mashed potatoes & GREEN BEANS. I even specifically asked TWICE the last time I called in to go. I specifically asked 'with green beans right?' and told yes--- both times I did NOT recv green beans, they put in broccolini. I really think they should ALWAYS tell a paying customer if they're substituting something else. Not pleasant to get meal home & find it is NOT what you ordered. Let alone risk involved if the customer is ALLERGIC to what they decide to give if different from what customer ACTUALLY ordered. Please let customers know when you are changing their order! That said, baked haddock is pretty good

Mothballs were used to mask something about a month ago. The smell of this toxic pesticide still resides. Not currently a family safe restaurant.

We are so lucky to have this place as our local stomping ground. Especially needing gf options. This place is a regular and I’d come here even if it wasn’t so close. Love the casual vibe. Always love the music they’re playing.

A very accommodating staff, excellent food and atmosphere. A nice location with plenty of parking.
Great spot with varied menu and good food. Nice selection of sushi rolls. Fries are crunchy and tasty. They have good promos on certain days and you can collect rewards points for dining there. Sometimes the service can be slow at times.

Oh, the inconsistency. Ordered the sushi firecracker roll for takeout, which sometimes is awesome and sometimes is just flat out inedible. The first few pieces of fish tasted off and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Super sloppily plated too, but it’s takeout, I get it. Sadly, this isn’t the first time this has happened either, but I need to just stop trying and expecting positive results. Too bad because having sushi there is such a nice option.
