“The most consistent and reliable pizza joint on the North Shore. These guys know pizza. They are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to provide quality service. Delivery and pickup are both quick and painless.”
“Food was excellent! Service was good too. Can't wait to try again. ??For lunch I had the roast beef French dip croissant sandwich with french fries. Best I've ever had! Then for dessert I got the banana foster cake. Very yummy. I highly recommend this place.”
“Hailey was amazing food was amazing service from door to table was outstanding it was pricey but worth every penny and more I hope we come back when we visit Salem againKid-friendliness: They accommodated our 4yo and had no problem with our 10yo and other kids we had service was impeccable”
“A small but very nice place. The food was wonderful and was nicely plated. we really enjoyed it a lot. was nice to see a menu that's a little different and interesting. the staff was really nice.”
“My wife gets all the credit for introducing me to this restaurant. I didn't know what to expect, but definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to in Massachusetts. This place isn't just great food, but also extremely friendly staff. I unfortunately didn't think to take photos, but we got the whipped ricotta and shared the salad. I got the chicken dish and my wife the pasta. Everything was amazing. It does seem like the dishes are on a fairly frequent rotation so new dishes pop up unless I'm mistaken. Highly recommend trying this place out and make sure you get reservations as there is limited seating.”
“First time dining at Ledger tonight and we absolutely loved it. The food was wonderful (we both got the Cod special and it was incredible) and the servers were very friendly and accommodating. The martinis were very good. We sat at the bar and will definitely be back!”
“We held a Baby Shower at the Grove. It was just absolutely perfect. The food was amazing. The ambiance was just beautiful. Dayna and the team were accommodating and helpful. It rally was just lovely! Thank you”
“Lovely sushi restaurant, the fish was super fresh and tasty. The service was quick and the staff very knowledgeable. We'll be coming back as often as we can.”
“When I stumbled upon Beantrust during one of my walks in Beverly, it was like discovering a hidden gem! From that moment on, it became my ultimate go-to spot for delicious cold brew coffee and amazing baked snacks. Their ham and cheese brioche is an absolute delight! But what truly sets Beantrust apart is Erik, the incredible owner. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his friendly demeanor makes every visit feel like a warm welcome. It's not every day you find someone so passionate about their craft and dedicated to creating a positive atmosphere for their customers. Beantrust is not just a café; it's an experience filled with excitement and genuine hospitality!”
“Pastries are delicious! We got the hazelnut buttercream, the pistachio (forget the name), pain au chocolat, and 6 macarons. Totaled around $35, which is expected for high quality pastries. The pain au chocolat was perfectly flaky and had a good amount of chocolate. My 1.5 year old loved it too. My husband loved the pistachio pastry. It was very light and fluffy. I loved the hazelnut buttercream, the flavor was so delicate yet so rich. The macarons we got were tiramisu, peppermint, rose, earl grey, lavender, and chocolate. I've only tasted the peppermint but it was delicious. We went around 4:30pm so not as much to choose from, probably because they were closing soon, but we were happy with our selections. We'll be back for sure when we are in the area.”
“Notch is everything you could want out of a brewery: excellent beer, delicious small bites, and plenty of space.Their beer is mostly German. I believe I had the afternoon Pils which was tasty and easy drinking. The service is incredibly friendly. At one point one of the gentleman walked past and ask if I wanted another beer when he saw it was empty. I've never had that happen at a brewery before. The food was excellent. I initially got the pretzel and my girlfriend got the pretzel bites. If I could've done it over, I would've just gotten the bites. The dip that it comes with was cheezy and it had bits of butter and I would come all the way back to Salem just for some more of that. We'll absolutely be back.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. We have been going to A&D for months now and probably once a week on average. My 9yo son asks to eat there all the time. Why? Besides the food being delicious and just mouth watering (my favorite - the scallop tacos! every single time - not sure it's on the menu but ask for it!), but also because George & Nina and the rest of the crew take such amazing care of us. George is passionate about food, people and service. He lets us know when he has something delicious coming up on the menu so we can try it out. And if he feels something isn't right - he's not going to wait for you to say something.. he is very proactive! It truly feels like a family when we go in, we have such a great time :) Thanks George, keep up the amazing work, we are grateful for you.”
“Good coffee and delicious scones, but they sell out so don't go too late on a weekend! I wish it had more seating. There's a few stools at the window counter and a couple tables outside.”
“This has been my favorite new spot since they opened. The ice coffee is amazing and the staff so warm and welcoming . I accidentally left my wallet there today and they found me and reached out to me. I’m so grateful they went above and beyond . 10/10 recommend them ❤️”
“My Fiance and I had a great time. Mary and Mark gave us great information on the history of the city. The diner also has the best home fries I have ever had; they were crispy and seasoned to perfection.”
“Our favorite ice cream of all time! 10/10 for every flavor we’ve tried. I always grab a few pints when I go to family dinners. The employees are so friendly which is the cherry on top!”
“What a hidden gem! Falafel Mom is a refreshing authentic Lebanese spin on Mediterranean cuisine and thankfully not mall quality.Highly recommend, especially given the service and fresh food quality. Family owned with the sweetest mother daughter team, and every time we drop by they always make it a point to put a smile on my little daughter’s face. Simply said they seem like great people. There are a number authentic Lebanese dishes I have not heard of and cannot wait to try! If they upgrade locations one day to a busier location like north shore mall, or a sit down location with food quality and service like this they will be hit.Stop by you will not be disappointed!”
“This is one of the best Persian food I ever had period. I have tried all the Persian restaurants in Boston area and none of them come close to what you get here. Very high quality, best meat, best ingredients and truly authentic Persian preparation. The owner who is a chef as well , is very humble and caring individual. It’s very clean. Also there is a parking which adds to the attraction. Must try at least once to experience yourself. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.”
“I don't know how to describe this place. Then top tier hole on the wall mexican food. You would not expect this out of where its location is. But this is by far the best place to get El. Pastor tacos and berea tacos. Don't be afraid to order anything here. It's all very very good. Extremely polite staff and everything is top to your quality for a reasonable price. Never be afraid of stopping here.”
“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I love Thai food, and have pretty high expectations when it comes to Thai. Everything we ordered was better than I expected it to be. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't.”
“Spent Saturday for lunch and some great ? tasting beer here. Great staff knew there stuff. Talking to Mike and found out that they are now producing a dunkle german beer ? which we tried. We will be back for dunkle .Thanks Mike.”
“It’s a weird concept but pretty cool at the same time. Cookies are fun and really good but the vegan chocolate soft serve is absolutely insane. Oh and parking is a little nuts. Good luck with that.”
“I live 40 mins away and came to try the clam strips and scallops some of the best I've had in the north-shore. They give a good amount to. Pricey but worth it.”
“Been coming here for years now, by far the best ice cream you will ever eat!!Dietary restrictions: Allergie friendly and staff are very experienced in how the manage cross contaminationParking: Dozen or more spaces to parkKid-friendliness: 100% kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes, no steps or long access points to cross!! Very much wheelchair accessible”
“Great vibes, robust coffee selection, fun flavor add-ons, delicious toast menu (we had the avo toast and it was delish - can't wait to try the hummus toast). New fave coffee shop in the area for sure.”
“I got the Chopper Cheese and it was by far the best steak sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Rich flavor, great quality steak, and a perfectly toasted bun. And the hand cut chips were perfect. I only had a brief interaction but they seem very friendly and the shop is cool. I can’t wait to go back.”
“We love going to Elia Taverna and bringing our family and friends there. The food is always fresh and delicious. It's a cozy spot that makes us feel as if we are back in Greece. It's nice to have an authentic Greek restaurant so close to home.”
“First time customer but will be back. Food was fresh and delicious. The dining area was very clean and I liked they there is bar seating, too, if you are by yourself. The servers were very friendly and attentive.”
“We went to Petrillo’s tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday and the dinner was absolutely fabulous! The food is always delightful we got the Fried Ravioli to start which was amazing, delicious and the sauce is so good! For dinner I had the pollo parmigiana and my husband had the steak tips, both were amazing! And to top it off our waitress Eileen was so sweet and provided outstanding service! It really feels like family! Love the environment!”
“Wow, wow, wow! Came here on a recommendation from a friend that works at Tendercrop Farm down the street. My husband and I were surprised to see so many cars coming in and out of the sizeable parking lot. Taking it as a good sign, we headed into the beautiful building. The line was long, but worth the wait! We grabbed a beautiful load of herb Parm sourdough, a cinnamon donut, a brioche chocolate mousse roll, ham and cheese croissant, two passion fruit tarts and two coffees. Came to a very reasonable total of $41. The coffee is great, and so far we've only tried the cinnamon donut but....WOW! It is so light and airy and delicious! Very very pleased. We were looking for a bakeshop near us ever since Bird & Wolf shutdown, and we are thrilled to find this gem that's only 10min away from our home.Only suggestion would be to possibly consider a slightly better system for order fulfillment. A single cashier who is also responsible for picking and packing everything leads to a bottleneck. Can't wait to go on a Friday night and try the dinner portion of this place. Really pleased!”
