“The chicken cutlet was fabulous my friends had the Italian Club and chicken alfredo the Porsches was so large and the food was delicious anyone misses going there if they're in the area are really missing a great meal”

“We had a very delicious dinner here when we were visiting and staying in Salem. The atmosphere was great and I have to give a big shout out to our waitress Rachel, who was a total sweetheart and very accommodating, as well as Tori, who took over as our waitress when Rachel's shift was over. “My husband and I sat outside and had a lovely snack in the sun, away from most of the hustle & bustle that October brings to Salem. We thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash hummus, falafel, and cauliflower & quinoa tabouleh but the real highlight for us was the apple cider! Holy. It was the best we had on our trip around New England. Not too sweet, served nice & hot, lightly spiced and so, so good! The service was wonderful as well! While we wanted to host a nice party, we also wanted to keep the costs reasonable. The team was creative with their suggestions and helpful in accommodating our requests. Not hosting this event at home, allowed us to really enjoy our guests and to leave the planning up to the experts. Everyone loved the food and the service staff went out of their way to make this a memorable night! Thanks again!”

“I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!”

“Stopped in this past Saturday, on a trip up from Florida. Watched the dog training class for a bit and their welcome inside, and sampled a couple of the "offerings". Great brews! As a former home brewer, brought back a couple memories (Porter and IPA). And the bartender was GREAT!! 🙂”

Our server, Jackie, is the sweetest and so accommodating! Rebecca the House/Event manager was a doll! She was so considerate, helpful and detailed oriented in planning the event.
