These bagels are delicious. I heard about this hidden mom and pop bagel place via Facebook stay local page. I checked them out and bought 6. Today I went back and bought a dozen. A dollar a bagel is great and some were still warm when I got home. Husband loved them also. Staff were friendly. Support your mom and pop places versus chain stores.

Lou’s is the best little cozy spot for a breakfast sandwich in Western Mass. the staff is super friendly, the bagels and sandwiches are delicious, and the nook itself is adorable. We love them so much, we’ll drive half an hour.

Everyone was super friendly and the food was incredible. I had the Blue Ridge and it was just decadent. Will def be back!
Dietary restrictions: There are signs posted to let staff know of allergy’s, I’m allergic to eggs and was able to get a sandwich without egg no issue. I did not order the gluten free bagel this time but it looks like they do have them available.
Kid-friendliness: Halloween decor was very cute, There was another customer with several young kids there at the same time and they picked out their own drinks and stuff, staff was super friendly and there’s one table in there where the kids sat waiting for their order.

Really cute spot. I loved everything about it. I wish it was closer to me. The bagel was so good and fresh. The cream cheese is to die for. Even the sweets are delicious. I got a blueberry donut and it was amazing. Lastly the Coffee! Delicious!

Stopped by for the first time today and I will most definitely be coming back. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming as are their staff. Their gluten-free bagels are the best around and their cream cheeses are delicious and fresh. They have a wide variety of hot coffees as well as syrups and other add ins. I highly recommend and I am so glad I stopped in! (:

I decided to go here last minute based on reviews. I don’t even know what town I’m in! I was welcomed by everyone and there was an easy, cozy vibe. A few regulars came in and they knew them by name. I stopped in this morning 6:10am and 2 fantastic ladies helped me out with 2 great bagels and a coffee... clean, neat, fresh food.. definitely recommend!!! A+This is the type mom and pop place that keeps America great.
