It’s awful you order on your phone and they still don’t have it done in 20 minutes which is absolutely insane. It’s a repeating cycle and half the time these staff are very rude. Multiple times I have to ask for an order and they don’t have a true working system. I don’t know what happened but it wasn’t like this with the old manager.

I have been coming here since the one by my home is shut down due to renovations. My coffee has been perfect everytime! I always order caramel iced 5 creams and 3 sugars! They are always friendly to us. I read the the manager is disrespectful and I have not witnessed that and hope I don’t.

Overall the service is good EXCEPT over the summer there was a really rude female working there. I didn’t get her name but she would just about throw your order at you and say, “HERE!” I never got a return greeting or a return thank you. She was absolutely rude. I only saw her during the summer, so I’m assuming she was summer help. The regular workers are great, and there is a new gentleman at the window that is great. If she returns for the summer, I’ll go elsewhere. I don’t get the food, so I can’t comment on the quality of the food.

I came in this morning and I’m there every morning and I witnessed whom I believe was the manager, a female yell at two of the younger staff in front of all the customers and they were hustling and it was so unprofessional and I really felt sorry for them, you need to address them in private. This was very loud and she continued to badger them. Made me want to switch to another Dunkin’s.

The employees are so slow that they shut down the center of hampden because the drive thru line is out the parking lot and down the road, blocking drivers without a care in the world. Please do your jobs so I can go do my job without having to wait for the dunkin customers to get out of the way.

Every time I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts, it takes longer to be served inside than outside today. There were nine cars in the drive-through. I decided to go inside figuring it would be faster not only was not acknowledged for two minutes. All nine cars were served in the drive-through while I was the first person in line at the counter, absolutely ridiculous
