I stopped in as I was driving through the area for work. I was not disappointed. The owner took my order and was very polite.
I got the Buffalo Bill. Incredible. Lightly toasted sub roll with the perfect amount of tenders, buff sauce, and blue cheese. The slice options looked amazing too though. Getting a few of those next time.

Sat down waited for about 10 minutes for a menu I noticed they had only one lady working the bar and the tables so I said whatever she’s just one person but then she finally came over gave us menus and returned about 5 minutes later to take our order and in the middle of us ordering she left and started tending to the bar serving drinks couldn’t believe it we all just walked out the service here has always been below acceptable which is unfortunate because the food is good probably won’t return due to customer service

Best pizza in the area. Hands Down. Everyone has an off day and with new employees anything may happen. If you’re not happy, talk to the owner and you will be happy in the end. Again…Best pizza around!!

I go to GIO‘s on a weekly basis. I am never disappointed by the selection and quality of the pizza available amongst everything else on the menu. The staff is always friendly and personable. Just a really great place to go!

I haven't been here in a while but never bothered to review it. Decided to give one last chance but was met with the same terrible service. Too bad because the food is solid. More than three times, it took over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, nevermind to take our order. And two of those times, we were there before they stopped taking orders but by the time they came over to use they rudely said we're no longer serving food. They were like 25 minutes ago! Seems rather clicky. If you're not a regular from Hampden, just forget it. Don't waste your Don't waste your money. Very disappointed with the attitude.

Not willing to cut a take out grinder into 3 pieces for me. I told them I was bringing it across the street to the nursing home and my mother could not eat a big piece. “Sorry, you can cut it at home” was the reply. I’ll have to remember to bring a chefs knife next time. Don’t think so.

I hope people actually looks at the low reviews. Not sure if friends or fake profiles are giving good reviews, but they are unwarranted. They continuing to surge pricing while the quality of food and customer service go in the inverse direction. They certainly don’t care about the customer. Their greed and horrible environment will lead to their closure one day. Certainly don’t recommend.

I lost my wallet and was only buying a peace tea, but the woman at the counter offered to buy me a slice of pizza. Great place with great people, and the pizza was phenomenal.
