Been a patron of Mtn View since i was a kid in middle school. My favorite being the chicken finger platter. 6 pieces of delicious chicken fingers with fries. My go to almost anytime i am there. But tonight i went back to eat there after a few years. Might i say im quite disappointed, to charge 13$ for 2 pieces of chicken and fries? Is outrageous. What happened to 6 pieces?

This is my favorite ice cream place. The owner's daughter works there and she is awesome. One time the ice cream tasted weak and she said she saw that, and fixed it that night and it was perfect the next time. The chocolate is sooooooo chocolatey now it is like a fudgsicle and it was the best chocolate ice cream ever according to my husband. Personally the banana is the best but every flavor is good, try the black raspberry too, it is awesome!

Great spot for ice cream or some burger and fries and reasonable priced despite what some reviews would say being able to get bacon cheese burger with large fry for 12 to 13 bucks is good in my opinion considering inflation making everything go up a bit can’t expect everything to be same price was years ago there service is always super nice wether I go in person or call over phone to place order all and all nice genuine local business that try’s and provides a good quick bite to eat ( I’ve only ever tied there Ice cream, burger ,fry’s and hotdogs )

Haven’t been there in years, disappointed, I had a strawberry sundae and something not right with the soft serve ice cream. It was like off color, icy and kind of watery. My husbands milk shake was the same mixture. It was almost like ice milk. I didn’t say anything because I thought maybe that was what they served now.

Warned…. This place has gone down from last season. This season they are cutting corners by making the ice cream servings much smaller and now when they are twisting the soft serve they are making it hollow in the middle. Clearly trying to fool The customer and make it look larger than what it really is. My large was barely a small. This happened this season on several occasions and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by thinking the first time that maybe the employee was new and inexperienced and didn’t know what they are doing but since it happened so many times this season it’s clearly something they are doing intentionally. I can say this with certainty because the last time that I was there I told them about it and when I returned home with the ice cream it was the same scam. Completely hollow in the middle. Also the dark haired brunette girl who seems to have a more authoritative position there is rather rude and has an edge. She just gives off that aura like they’re doing you a favor by being there. Better watch out because your business can fail in a heartbeat and will fail if you continue along this path. People aren’t stupid and they notice. A shame that you feel that you’re fooling your regular customers. Well guess what… Business thrives on regulars and we won’t be regulars here anymore after this last experience. When I order a large, I expect a large and if I order a small I expected to be normal size for a small. Not Hollow. Shame on you guys. Customers beware and be warned. Several friends and neighbors have commented and mentioned the same and won’t be going back either.
