After a traumatizing experience at McDonald’s, I was hangry and needed something fast. I was so happy when I saw DQ was in my area, and always get a small twist cone. Online, at least in the web browser (I don’t have the app), it only gave me the option for vanilla cones. I called the store to ask if they have twist (choc&van) and the employee on the phone said yes, and that he would make a note that my order was twist instead of vanilla. When I got there they were fast...

We dropped by late in the day to pick out an ice cream cake for our daughter's birthday. After asking if there were more cakes available than what was in the display , the manager came over and offered to make us a custom cake on the spot for our daughter. He took the time to ask her what flavors and toppings she wanted, what colors she wanted, and what she wanted the cake to say.
