What a trainwreck this store is and looking at other reviews it wasn't just me. The manager on duty was very nice as was the young man on drive thru in the Dunking outfit but the rest of the staff should be fired or at minimum not allowed to work the same shift. It was very obvious they had no respect for the manager on duty. They were very loud having a personal conversation over at the food prep area. Maybe if they were focused on their jobs & not talking my order would have been correct. I asked for a donut & ordered a bagel toasted medium with butter on both sides. I got my bagel when they threw that at me I said excuse me I need my donut not only was I given the donut but I had to say excuse me loudly to get their attention at which time they complained I scared them. Hmmm if we were paying attention to customers maybe my need for your attention wouldn't have scared you.

Service is always very good. Everyone's always very pleasant and everything. The food's getting a two and overall a two because I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced tea. My sandwich was ready before the iced tea was poured. This is the second time this has happened to me. What's probably going on is they keep the food in the warmer now. They make it ahead of time and have it ready to go because they're busy. They have a drive-thru and everything so forth. The problem is the food's not as hot as it used to be. I like my breakfast sandwiches hot and if I have to let them cool a little I let them cool. I don't like them being served to me. Cooled. Dunkin donuts in general over the last few years has gone downhill and its quality bagels aren't always the freshest food isn't always the warmest now. Teas tend to be burnt a little bit from time to time that they seem to not be focusing on their quality anymore.

It's not just this location, it's the whole brand. Went to grab a quick lg iced tea, just lemon, and was told "we don't carry lemon"... Excuse me I've been ordering just lemon iced tea for twenty years...yes you do. Not to mention I JUST had one not that long ago. I get corners are cut to save money and no one wants to work, but a lemon? Didn't stick around to ask if they really cut lemon out or it was just bad training. Brand has really gone down hill. I'll take an extra 45 seconds and go to the pink cup instead I guess.

ordered a cheddar bagel twist on the app ahead and i pick up my order get to work open it and its a bagel with a piece of cheese? on top of that the hash browns werent cooked now i have to throw away my whole breakfast thanks.
