Ordered a coffee and a side cup of ice. I received my coffee within reasonable time and then stood there for several minutes waiting for a cup of ice. Once the cup of ice was made it just sat on the counter until a barista moved it over to the hand off location. So I go to Starbucks almost every day and I travel a lot, so I'm in different cities different states all across the country and I have to say this was easily the best Starbucks experience I ever had. The store is fine very comfortable and accommodating but it's the people. Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause they only list one size prices. WTAF? Just think if grocery stores started doing this. Only list prices for medium size stuff and leave the customers guessing how much for the small or large bottle/box/etc.
