“My wife and I visited Square Cafe in Hingham last night and we had an awesome dinner! I can't say enough good things about this place. Probably one of THE BEST meals I've had in a long time when dining out. The food...all of it....our appetizers, entrees and dessert was outstanding! Our waiter Jamis was the best! If you haven't tried Square Cafe, do yourself a favor and give it a try. We will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Great coffee stop. There's a bunch of coffee flavors to try and they take care to make it how you like it. Service was pleasant and quick. The iced coffees we got were all really good. It was a little weird walking into what looked like an old 7-11 but they're actually located in the back and have a blatantly obvious/pink counter. Prices were reasonable (on par with Dunkin and other coffee places in the area)

“This is a busy place located in the heart of Hingham's Downtown. Many use it to get together, have a small business meeting, or even have a coffee and relax.

The food quality is always top of the line just to keep up with the nearby choices on Main, South, and North streets! Many coffee and tea selections are available. Their baked goods are delicious, too!”

“The food we had was good today, just like it was 2 months ago at the Foxwoods location. But we drove all the way from Warwick, Rhode Island to find a very stripped-down menu. We thought for sure we'd find the full menu at the OG location, but we were disappointed to find what we had planned to order wasn't an option. I know this time of year is probably slower at the Hingham location, but please offer your full menu. I was looking forward to the salmon and street corn salad all week. I am so disappointed. Also the self-order stations were a bit jarring for a sit-down restaurant. We sat in the full-service area, but there was only one table, so it felt awkward. This is your flagship location. Make it a flagship.”

“Have to highly recommend The Range Bar & Grille in Hingham if you are looking for a function space. Just held a party there last night and the food and service were outstanding. They have a small function room on the backside of the restaurant/patio that holds 40 people. It has it own bar and restrooms as well. It really is a great space!!”

“Beth Kitchen and Bar is a fantastic spot for a delicious meal at any time of the day—they even offer breakfast! We visited for lunch and were impressed with both the food and the service. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender and flavorful, the fish and chips were crispy and fresh, and the fried oysters were a delightful treat. The fried calamari was another standout—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even better. If you’re looking for a spot with great seafood options and a welcoming vibe, Beth Kitchen and Bar is definitely worth a visit!”

Adorable little place with a home-like feel.

I came at 11:30 and they were nearly sold out of muffins and donuts.

I ordered a cup of rooibos tea (it was Trader Joe’s brand), and a chocolate coconut donut. The tea is delicious (I love the brand). The donut was quite dry inside. I didn’t finish it.

They use wicked bagels, which I was familiar with but I didn’t want a bagel today.

Both came to $6, but I had to go to the ATM which charged $3.50 (in addition to what my bank will charge which is likely $3ish), so it was a net cost of $12.50.

I don’t make a habit of going to places that don’t take card because I don’t carry cash, and the cost of using an ATM that doesn’t happen to be associated with your bank makes is not a good choice for consumers.

I think (having owned a coffee shop myself) the better choice for a business is to charge a tiny bit more for products to cover the cost of processing cards each month. It really isn’t that much, and you lose business (like mine), if you have no way for customers to pay with card.

“Best cheese steaks I've had in the south shore. Went for the first time in 10-15 years and it's still just as good as I remember and I was shocked at how affordable their still sandwiches are.”

“Many nights I have come into my favorite restaurant just a few minutes before they open, and I love to watch as the fabulous cook chops and prepares that night's supply of vegetables. They look so fresh, as though just picked from a garden. But everything is fresh and perfectly seasoned--never over-seasoned or salty--at Muang Thai. The chicken is crisp and still moist inside (sweet & sour chicken), the beef is tender (spiced beef cold salad). The noodles and even the rice is great all by itself. I love the peanut sauce for dipping (chicken satay), the fresh ginger sauce for dipping 'shu mai' (ground shrimp and I don't know what other magic ingredients go into something as special....) There are curries and basil and seafood dishes I've yet to try, but it all looks and smells delightful coming out of the kitchen. The people who work there are in the family or they act like family--even to the guests like me. Everyone is just happy you came in, and that's the best service there is. (and as if this weren't enough--deliciously fresh AND healthy food at fair prices with great service, open on Mondays.... and now they deliver too. Unbelievable. I love this place.”

“Cute location. Very busy. Definitely call ahead as it may be 30-50 minutes depending on the night. Pizza is super thin with generous portions and decent prices. I prefer a true NY style pizza, but this was tasty and I’m looking forward to trying other things.”
