I just finished doing my grocery shopping when I decided to stop in at Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I opened the door and walked in, I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you by employee Jeriesha. I immediately felt welcomed which made feel good ordering in this establishment. While she cooked the Famous Jersey Mike’s steak & cheese I made small talk. She was professional, pleasant to talk with and the steak & cheese she made was delicious!

In the past I have stopped going to restaurants I really enjoyed because the customer service started lacking. Thanks to Jeriesha, Jersey Mike’s in Hingham is well represented and a place I will be happy to continue making purchases at.“

My young daughter accidentally left her wallet in the bathroom, and it contained a substantial amount of money she had recently earned. When we realized it was missing, I honestly assumed we would never see it again — or at least that the money would be gone. To our absolute shock and gratitude, that same night one of your employees went out of their way to track her down on social media and return the wallet completely untouched. Every single dollar was still there. This act of honesty and kindness meant more to us than I can properly put into words. Please know how thankful we are, and please recognize that you have an incredibly honest, thoughtful, and amazing employee on your team. “The absolute best chicken salad on a fresh braided sesame roll I’ve ever had! I get mine with lettuce, tomato, pickles and hots. Awesomeness !! My husband has been talking about it for a few years, I was able to get in and he was correct. The best!! And the owners are super friendly and enjoyable to chat with. A happily married couple for sure!!

“Although we are still in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic, Five Guys in Hanover manages to keep it together. It is a consistently great store and a true credit to the Five Guys brand. I eat there maybe once every two weeks and it’s always good. Tonight seemed like they were training some new people but I experienced the same courtesy and quality. I suspected the woman who greeted me was a trainer/supervisor and she could not have been nicer. I have the Five Guys app on my phone and love it. Im on the road from Plymouth to Boston constantly and it’s a great help. My food is ready before I am. Keep up the good work Hanover! Your store is always nice and clean and friendly!“

“Solid spot for a quick Vietnamese meal.

Been here a few times for breakfast. It’s one of the few Asian spots around that opens at 7 a.m. daily. The menu isn’t as expansive as some of the more popular Vietnamese restaurants in Dorchester, but they do offer a handful of pre-packaged items like spring rolls and sticky rice.

I usually came in around opening when the sticky rice was still warm, and the version topped with chicken sausage and pork was quite good. Portions were smaller than what you’d get at some other Vietnamese spots, but the flavor was better. I also tried the bánh khọt (shrimp pancakes) and the grilled pork combo rice plate. Both solid, but not particularly memorable.

My main issue was the pricing. Since prices aren’t listed on the overhead menu, items were rung up as “custom” at the register. Without an itemized receipt, it was hard to tell whether I was being charged correctly, and the total felt a bit high for a place like this. I’d recommend paying cash or asking for a menu with prices to avoid any surprises.“

“Very happy with our hot fudge sundae and strawberry shake, as well as the service. Sat I. Our car in the parking lot to enjoy. Just totally baffled as to why there wasn’t one trash barrel in site. Had to go over to target to find a barrel for our trash. This is just crazy!!!!“

“We like their chicken wings, fingers and fried chicken. one of the 3 places we regularly get our pizzas from. The large pizza is more N.Y. Slyle, reminds us if Napolis in Quincy. Great salads and the Chicken Kabob is the best in Weymouth but to be honest not the best House Dressing😀 They have done us great since the beginning of the year!!“

“One of the cleanest and well kept subways I’ve been in a while so much so it’s worth the review ! I had those new snack wraps they have last night and came back for lunch cuz it was so good ! And my job was located near here . But I came in Today and the employees the short guy haha and the lovely young lady remembered me and knew what I wanted they are really good at their jobs and it should be recognized and appreciated excellent customer service and I hope this reaches them to be acknowledged valuable employees are hard to find these days and these two are fabulous anyways have a great day and thank you again for the best customer service experience ! “I love the blizzards, but I’m ready to stop going here. There’s an issue every time. I always order a Reese’s blizzard with choc ice cream, PB sauce and Oreos. most times they give me vanilla ice cream., which I hate, but I eat it because I don’t like to complain. Tonight I received a blizzard cup full of chocolate ice cream with some PB CUP crumbs on top. Absolutely nothing was in the blizzard. I’m tired of paying $7 for something that isn’t what I want. All I wanted was a treat after an awful day.“

“It's good! It's cheap! One doesn't have to tip the servers! People are friendly! The rest room is near when I get sudden explosive diarrhea! Only downside is that no one seems to understand English or wash their hands before preparing your order, but you can "fress like a chazzer" for only @ $3 including sales tax if you are a senior! “The food was as it should be. The service was a bit off, though! We used the kiosk to order and it said on the screen to take a #tent so a McDonald's employee could bring us our food. We sat enjoying how cool the restaurant was on such a hot day. It felt glorious! My wife heard our receipt # called and then called a second time. We went up to collect all the food and my wife asked do they NOT bring the food as the kiosk and #tent suggested and the supervisor huffed at my wife and just walked away!
