I just finished doing my grocery shopping when I decided to stop in at Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I opened the door and walked in, I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you by employee Jeriesha. I immediately felt welcomed which made feel good ordering in this establishment. While she cooked the Famous Jersey Mike’s steak & cheese I made small talk. She was professional, pleasant to talk with and the steak & cheese she made was delicious!

In the past I have stopped going to restaurants I really enjoyed because the customer service started lacking. Thanks to Jeriesha, Jersey Mike’s in Hingham is well represented and a place I will be happy to continue making purchases at.“

My young daughter accidentally left her wallet in the bathroom, and it contained a substantial amount of money she had recently earned. When we realized it was missing, I honestly assumed we would never see it again — or at least that the money would be gone. To our absolute shock and gratitude, that same night one of your employees went out of their way to track her down on social media and return the wallet completely untouched. Every single dollar was still there. This act of honesty and kindness meant more to us than I can properly put into words. Please know how thankful we are, and please recognize that you have an incredibly honest, thoughtful, and amazing employee on your team. Whenever I want banh mi and I am in the North Quincy / Wollaston area, this has always been my go to spot. It's also an easy, transit accessible spot, just a few minutes walk from North Quincy Red Line station and the nearby bus stop for the 210 Bus.“

“Although we are still in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic, Five Guys in Hanover manages to keep it together. It is a consistently great store and a true credit to the Five Guys brand. I eat there maybe once every two weeks and it’s always good. Tonight seemed like they were training some new people but I experienced the same courtesy and quality. I suspected the woman who greeted me was a trainer/supervisor and she could not have been nicer. I have the Five Guys app on my phone and love it. Im on the road from Plymouth to Boston constantly and it’s a great help. My food is ready before I am. Keep up the good work Hanover! Your store is always nice and clean and friendly!“

“I love the blizzards, but I’m ready to stop going here. There’s an issue every time. I always order a Reese’s blizzard with choc ice cream, PB sauce and Oreos. most times they give me vanilla ice cream., which I hate, but I eat it because I don’t like to complain. Tonight I received a blizzard cup full of chocolate ice cream with some PB CUP crumbs on top. Absolutely nothing was in the blizzard. I’m tired of paying $7 for something that isn’t what I want. All I wanted was a treat after an awful day.“

“We like their chicken wings, fingers and fried chicken. one of the 3 places we regularly get our pizzas from. The large pizza is more N.Y. Slyle, reminds us if Napolis in Quincy. Great salads and the Chicken Kabob is the best in Weymouth but to be honest not the best House Dressing😀 They have done us great since the beginning of the year!!“

“I cannot stress enough how much I love this Jersey Mike's location. My husband and I took our young daughters into the restaurant right before closing on March 29th and we had such a pleasant experience. I'm guessing she's the manager, however, I'm unsure. There was a WONDERFUL woman who helped us and she couldn't be amy more accommodating and friendly. She even gave my daughters a bunch of stickers and of course that made their night.

Also, I have to commend the restaurant for giving back. A man in dire need came into the restaurant and he definitely was hungry and didn't have enough money for a meal and this gracious woman helped him out and paid for his dinner. There aren't many people like this woman working there in this world and I give her the utmost respect for taking care of this man so humbly. The world needs more of her in good world! “This place has become my weekly go-to. The buffalo chicken pizza is incredible, and everything from the chicken Caesar salad to the jalapeño poppers is always on point. The buffalo chicken sub and french fries are

“I’ve eaten a lot of subs in my life, but nothing has come close to what I experienced here. From the second I walked in, the bread smelled like it had just come out of the oven — that perfect golden-brown crust with a soft, pillowy inside that practically melts when you bite into it.

I got the turkey and provolone on Italian herb bread, and the portions were unreal. They didn’t skimp on a single ingredient — the turkey was piled high, thick-cut, and clearly high quality, not the paper-thin stuff you get elsewhere. The veggies were crisp and obviously fresh (the lettuce actually crunched, the tomatoes were ripe, not mealy), and the banana peppers had just the right amount of tang without overpowering everything else.

What really set it apart was the attention to detail: the sandwich was toasted to golden perfection, cheese melted evenly edge to edge, and they layered the condiments so every single bite had the perfect ratio — none of that “all the sauce at one end” problem you get at chain spots.

The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly took pride in their work — they asked thoughtful questions about how I wanted things prepared instead of just rushing through the order. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a craft.

Add in a clean, welcoming space and fair prices for the quality you’re getting, and this is easily a 10/10. I’ll be back weekly — maybe more. If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go today.“

“O M gosh, this is literally the best restaurant of all freaking time! I got two footlongs and gobbled them down. This was the best experience of my life, I think it restored my faith in God! I swear it was so good I was literally about to scream in joy. McDonald’s has nothing on this absolute gem.
