“I spoke with GM Andrew regarding this situation that had happened recently at this location and it was rectified correctly, although I will not frequent this location right away as they straighten out quality control issues, I will be going to other Jersey Mike's locations that are run by the same teams under Andrew as they were originally my spots to go to before Hingham opened. As soon as I know Hingham is on the ball, I'll be back. Thank You!“

“Good food in a dirty restaurant. The food at the Derby St Hingham location is consistently good. Their bowls and burritos are made without skimping on the ingredients. The issue is dining area is always dirty. The tables are never cleaned, trash is always overflowing and the utensils / self serve drink area is littered with trash. I would not comment on this if it was simply one bad night. It is always like this.Lines are usually long but move quickly. I’d recommend this location for takeout only.“

“I had heard good things about Little Carmen’s and could not wait to try it. It was worth the hour drive to get there!! Pam our server was spot on, attentive and super friendly. She actually made us feel like we were regulars!! The food was out of this world, we cannot wait to go back. It may have to be next weekend ?“

“Prices increases a little but quality of the food is still good. I always get their Clam strip dinner which comes with only fries. Wish they offered Cole slaw with it if you're charging $22-$23 for the dinner portion . Cheeseburger cooked fresh from the grill. Onions minced up like McDonald's. I believe their lobster rolls are $22 now? Not bad . Great customer service and clean environment after renovations. Overall, like many places, prices slightly have gone up but portion size the same . A little sad soft serve ice cream is double the price now lol $4.50 for soft serve on a cone . Time has changed .“

“I love this place, my son has a milk allergy and they are very helpful and aware of what is in each of their dishes. Small family run place that is very willing to customize things to make them vegan. Plus the food is very tasty for kids and adults!“

“Only started coming here recently after living in Quincy my whole life. Wish I started coming sooner. The food is very good and homey. I usually get any of the banh mi for lunch or to go but the noodle soups are all delicious. They have a lot of variety as well. I'm here at least once a week. The service is extremely friendly as well“

“DQ what can I say except for? I don’t understand why they close during the winter everyone likes ice cream all year round don’t they.?? wouldn’t be my first pick of places for ice cream but Gia enjoyed her blizzard. My niece, the other day I kids lol never discriminate it comes to ice cream..lol“

“Stopped at the airport in on my way to Portugal and ordered the fish and chips. The fish and chip are off the charts excellent. My friend ordered a steak and tried what I ordered and was distraught lol. Server was excellent. So glad I stopped in for this dish!“

“Perfect spot on your way to the Cape. Grab a treat to make the ride (and sometimes traffic) easier. Very convenient/close to Rte 3 but tiny parking and difficult to get in/out. The DQ is all outside and the old design (walk-up windows). Staff is nice and quick. Ice cream (ice milk) is not too heavy and perfect to pick at during the next hour+ of driving. Make the kids and everyone a little happier. No cones in the car. A blizzard is less mess and easier to nibble slowly.“

“I visited from NJ with our son for New Balance Nationals and decided to try this restaurant for dinner. Met the owner Ms.Lidia and had the BEST conversation.The food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. Our family and son teammates enjoyed their pizza, wings, and even the brownies my husband enjoyed he bought 1 for the road. We will definitely return next time we visit the Boston/ Randolph area.“

“While I didn’t get any names, I just left a Sunday lunch rush and have to say there were a handful of employees keeping their cool, handling the lunch rush well all while keeping a smile and giving stellar customer service. Amazing job JM Quincy!“

“Came here unplanned since we dropped off something from a store close by. The husband was hungry so he made a quick stop at this restaurant. It was not busy so the food was given to us in a timely manner. Shared some with his food and it was good. Made fresh and hot. We even ate outside even if it was cold. Maybe we will come back next time when we're in the area“

“I was lucky enough to have DaCoopas Pizza in East Boston at an event nearby. The pizza was awesome! I also had a caprice sandwich and some mozzarella sticks. The staff that i met at the event from the DaCoopas was friendly and energetic. I cant wait to have this pizza again next time I am in “

“I have heard great things about their famous location at Castle Island, so decided to try the new Hanover Crossing location. Relaxed, comfort atmosphere, the restaurant was clean and really nice friendly staff! The food was great! Good sized portions and very good prices! New go to lunch spot!“

“I go very frequently with my family and friends but it is incredible that they charge a side of ketchup, the last time they did not allow us to split the bill, and they charged us $34 for free without consulting. In addition to 4% for paying by card.“

“I have never actually been inside this restaurant, but I did order a platter of wrap sandwiches to be delivered for a small luncheon. Everything went so smoothly, ordering was easy, the owners were very friendly, and delivery was exactly on time. Most importantly, the sandwiches were wonderful. “I tried the Greek gyro with tzatziki sauce and I also got small fries because I wanted to put fries into the gyro. It was okay and I thought it could use a little more flavor but I would eat it again probably with grilled chicken next time.“
