First time eating at Shake Shack definitely was not disappointed.Cheese fries and Korean bbq burger were delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and ample space inside.
We ordered for pick-up, and unfortunately, the fries were left open on top of the bag by a window in winter, resulting in our entire meal being cold. Despite being a fan of Shake Shack, this experience was a letdown. The food lacked flavor, and the presentation was subpar.

I was introduced to Shake Shack in NYC and I loved it, so I was very excited when I moved to Mass and there were several Shake Shack locations.
