Stay away from anything with Korean BBQ at this place! I thought the sauce had a weird taste. As a result, I am still recovering from a bad food poisoning 5 hrs after ?. The burgers were mediocre compared to other locations. Chicken bits were full of grease. I would rather spend my $ at BK instead.

I was introduced to Shake Shack in NYC and I loved it, so I was very excited when I moved to Mass and there were several Shake Shack locations. I have been to three different locations, and this location was the only one that was good! The burgers were juicy, and I am psyched that they offer malts! It’s really hard to find good malts in Mass. They also offer the Korean menu at this location, which I have never seen before. We didn’t dine in, or use the restrooms, so I can’t comment on that. I liked that they have the ordering kiosks, as well as the option to order at the counter. The restaurant looked generally pretty clean and tidy, and we got our food quickly and our order was 100% correct.I would recommend this Shake Shack location.Parking: This location is part of a shopping center/strip mall so there is a large parking lot with lots of parking.
First time eating at Shake Shack definitely was not disappointed.Cheese fries and Korean bbq burger were delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and ample space inside.

I just had the shroom burger with crispy onions and hot peppers and it was fantastic. Service was quick and the staff was friendly.
We ordered for pick-up, and unfortunately, the fries were left open on top of the bag by a window in winter, resulting in our entire meal being cold. Despite being a fan of Shake Shack, this experience was a letdown. The food lacked flavor, and the presentation was subpar.

I got the single bacon burger which was pretty good. The Cinnabon milkshake was gross. I love how 95% of the workers had their hair up, in a net and a bandana. What I didn't like was the supervisor's hair out of his ponytail and no hair net just a hat on which most of his hair was sticking out. I just kept watching him move back and forth and praying he didn't handle my food, which he didn't thankfully.
Excellent food, worth the price.
