“The place is great, especially love the pork summer rolls and grilled chicken noodle bowl it comes with beautiful fresh mint, delicious! Another favorite is the Wagyu and Tai Pho and Roasted Marrow where they have rich pho broth prepared over 24 hours poured over a big section of bone marrow.”
“Amazing experience every time i’ve been. The last few times Carmen was our server and she was the absolute best!! Catered to our every need, and was super nice and friendly! 🙂↕️”
“Baked cod for lunch today the best I have ever eaten really good 😁”
“Went to this restaurant after seeing it featured on Phantom Gourmet and my husband and myself left full of good food. The food was tasty and came to our table ready to eat and the service was great! They gave us everything we needed in a timely manner. The restaurant was on a smaller scale but we got a table pretty quickly without making a reservation. We even had the dessert of the strawberry shaved ice which had a bowl that was big enough to easily feed the two of us and it was very delicious!”

“Such a cute spot! Walking distance from us in Quincy center. Free validated parking in the Atrius health garage (see dottys website for exact info). I had a hard time deciding on which cocktail to get so I asked our waitress (I think her name was Kayla? So sorry!) for a recommendation and it hit the spot! We got tinned fish, delicious albeit a bit overpriced, bacon wrapped stuffed dates- get these if you like blue cheese because it was strong and split the cod curry which was so yummy!”
“The food at Fuji is outstanding. Far and away the best fusion Japanese food in Newton and around.”

“You need the reservation for a table on Sunday night. CLOUD Steak is good but the sauce is a little sour so it covers the steak instead of boosting its original taste, which would waste the fresh steak itself for me. The beef scallion pancake is such a perfect starter dish. Bar atmosphere is top-level. Impressive.”

“I have been going here on occasion for years and realized I never left a review. Bread, pate, and everything is always fresh. The food and service quality have remained consistent over the year. Whenever I want banh mi and I am in the North Quincy / Wollaston area, this has always been my go to spot. It's also an easy, transit accessible spot, just a few minutes walk from North Quincy Red Line station and the nearby bus stop for the 210 Bus.”
“Very friendly atmosphere and accommodating to our youngest who is wheelchair bound. Nice little spot with a mom and pop feel to it. Food was very tasteful and service was wonderful! Great tasting coffee and prices are affordable, great little find. :) Will definitely be back if ever in the area again.”

“I got a Lamb and Kofta Plate but unironically the included falafel blew my expectations out of the water lol.
Have I been eating bad falafel my entire life? I’m going to forgo the meat and just get the vegetarian options next time, so good! Food was cooked fresh and the gentlemen at the counter were very polite, thank you!”
“Fantastic food and staff can not say enough about Spettus especially Adriana who waits on me frequently 😃”
“Food was great the view is phenomenal the only thing I did not like Is the fact we had a reservation for a table for 5 And the waiter could only accommodate a table of 4 with the 5 th on the side facing the wall For this reason I give it a 3 star passing note fair enough I think”

“My first time dining in at OTH with my family and parents and it was a wonderful experience. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating and the food was absolutely out of this world. Everything we had was delicious and all of us were still talking about it well after we left. Looking forward to going back again. Keep up the good work.”
“A little taste of Italy! Everything was on point 100% from the drinks to the dessert. Espresso martini was the best EVER, the bolognese was the BEST EVER! The chocolate lava cake and gelato was by far the best I’ve ever had! Service, staff atmosphere was all amazing! Can’t wait to go back!”
“One of the finest steaks I’ve ever enjoyed—cooked to perfection with exceptional flavor. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The service was attentive, professional, and truly outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience.”
“Pleasant atmosphere, great food, upstairs deck for outside dining, social distancing and great services.”
“Probably the best Chinese restaurant in quincy area if you want a proper meal with veggies, meat and carbs.
They have such a long menu, and everything looks so delicious.
We had the beef roll. The beef itself is served cool and the roll is crispy and hot, very tasty!
The Sichuan spicy fish is very tender and tasty. The spice level is just right for us.
Although I won’t say it’s all taiwanese dishes, I would love to try again next time.”

“I went here about 4:30 AM. The customer service was great. The fries were FRESH and super hot with the correct amount of salt. The Whopper Jr's. were plumped with crisp toppings. We ordered 2 meals and they just automatically put them in separate bags which made it easy for us. And they were quick. The overnight staff are doing great!

“We met 4 friends at their roof deck section on a Friday 630pm. We were seated quickly and service was spot on.
Food (grilled octopus...wow, calamari, steak) was very good especially their sushi 🍣. The restaurant was full with music playing in the background. Fun enjoyable night.”
Takeout Restaurants
“I had a great experience and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The quality exceeded my expectations, and everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. What stood out most was how smooth and enjoyable the whole process felt—nothing seemed rushed or overlooked.
The staff/customer support was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which made a big difference. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making sure customers are satisfied.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for something reliable and high-quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“There was a miscommunication about the bakery's hours, and I genuinely thought we were going to be without our Easter order. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. If you're looking for a bakery that not only delivers incredible baked goods but also treats their customers like family, look no further. Emily and John, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are customers for life!”
“I would recommend it because the food is good but when I ordered they said a half hour I had to sit outside and wait though. when I got there I had to wait outside almost a half hour because they only let one person in the building at a time. I got there about 45 minutes after ordering they told me five or 10 more minutes it took an additional almost 20 minutes. I sat outside in the freezing cold. I did not receive an apology or anything. This is the first time I have not tipped since Covid began.”

“Some of the best dim sum I’ve had in the boston area. Fair warning it’s a small restaurant so they don’t have the space to send carts around and instead have you mark a menu sheet. Doesn’t matter — the food is sooooo good!!”
“The onion rings were like crosscut sections of a bamboo tree, very hard and dry.
Classic sports bar restaurant with many screens. Burgers were bland but good for low salt diets.”
“Chicken katsu and takoyaki were great. If you get the lunch special, the prices were good for the portions.
The sushi was okay.
I don't recommend the una don (eel bowl) at all, worst ive had. The salmon roe on the Salmon Oyako Don tasted bad, the marinade was off.”

“My nonprofit group enjoyed a private party at Tokenfire. The hot appetizers were a great start to the party, with meatballs, pork dumplings, the best brussel sprouts and savory flatbreads. We enjoyed the authentic Shepherds Pie, perfectly grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. Dessert, including a fig bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and tiramisu was fabulous. The service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. I hope to return when they have live music.”
“We called ahead because we were a group of 32! We had a group that was about 1/2 being teenager boys. Nick was incredible to work with and every single staff member made us feel welcome. Our 2 servers were top notch. The food was just as incredible as all of the above. I cannot recommend them enough. We were over 3 hours from home due to playing in a tournament and this was a fantastic all around experience.”

“Shi Miao Dao is a casual Chinese noodle and hot soup spot located right near Wollaston Station, known for its fast service and customizable rice noodle soups. The space is small, clean, and straightforward, with more of a quick dining setup than a full sit-down experience. It feels designed for efficiency, especially for people grabbing a warm bowl of noodles either before or after commuting in the area.
The menu centers around rice noodle soups and mala-style broths, with a build-your-own approach that lets you choose proteins like beef, lamb, or fish fillets. The mala rice noodle soup stands out for its rich, spicy broth that carries a noticeable heat without overpowering the rest of the bowl. The golden soup and other lighter broths offer a more mellow option, while add-ons like crispy wings or fried pork help round out the meal. The noodles themselves have a fresh, soft texture that pairs well with the soups, making the bowls feel comforting and filling.
Service is quick and efficient, with food often arriving shortly after ordering, which matches the restaurant’s “fast noodle” concept. Most of the preparation is streamlined, so dishes are consistent and arrive without much delay. It’s the kind of place where you’re in and out fairly quickly, especially during off-peak hours.
Seating is limited, and the space can feel a bit tight when it gets busy, so it leans more toward a casual dine-in or takeout spot rather than a place to linger for long meals. Despite that, the environment is clean and organized, and the location near public transit makes it very convenient.
Overall, Shi Miao Dao is a solid choice for flavorful rice noodle soups with bold broths and quick service. It works especially well for a fast, satisfying meal near Wollaston, with enough variety in spice levels and toppings to make repeat visits worthwhile.”

“Always great experience. GM always on the floor helping out the staff. Staff is always nice and on point. Look at the food and it speaks for itself!!!”
“We all thoroughly enjoyed our Hot Pot Buffet. Great value for high quality ingredients that were very fresh. We tried several choices not typically found at other restaurants. Our fantastic wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We recommend Fairy Cafe and will definitely be back.”

“To the person who said the waiter said they ran out of sausage three days ago, was miss informed. They ran out t of sausage three years ago. My first visits ti the shaking crab in quincy I know they served sausage. After that came the hot dogs. Never ordered sausage again”
“I’m a picky one when it comes to eating fish. This little shop right under the Fore River Bridge is the absolute best spot if you want fish so fresh it is obvious that it is the day’s catch! The batter is perfectly light, doesn’t separate from the fish and the result is simply the best fried fish I’ve EVER TASTED! Do yourself a favor and check them out!”

“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.”

“If you’ve been disappointed with Cathay Pacific in the past, it might be time to give them another try.
They’ve truly raised the bar. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and made for a very enjoyable dining experience.
But don’t just take my word for it. Go see for yourself. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.”

“This place is genuinely amazing. They put so much love into the atmosphere and the staff are incredibly helpful and considerate. Beware though, even the mild version of the spicy hot pot broth is pretty freaking spicy!
Also, beware of over eating because the food is amazing and the portions are large. I will absolutely come again.”

“Oh K-Dog is a quick service food vendor within HMart Quincy that serves a wide variety of street foods and quick bites, such as Egg Toast, Korean corndogs, and soon to also serve Bingsu as well.
Service is very quick, the corndogs do take a while to come out though but makes sense as they make it fresh.
The corndogs are pretty good, lightly fried so the dough is crispy but still chewy. The fillings are decent for the price, and there is a wide arrangement of sauces and condiments to place that can enhance the flavor.”
“I ordered the waterworks juice which has beet juice and carrot juice, etc. It was fine. Priced about the same as any other juice shop, which is expensive. I also ordered the avocado toast, which was pretty much guacamole spread on toast. I got it on the sourdough bread which was nice and fresh. It tasted fine. Definitely overpriced at eight dollars for a slice of bread with some guacamole on it. Once again, the pricing is aligned with most other shops, but everything cost outrageous prices nowadays. I probably won’t go here again just because who the heck can afford eating out. It just seems everyone price gouges no matter where you go. You’ve got the money to spare. They do make a nice juice.”
“Quite possibly the hottest bar in Quincy – Drifters checks all the boxes. The entire food menu is worth ordering. The drinks are exceptionally curated and delicious. The staff and management will make you feel nothing less than family. I couldn’t recommend this place any more.”
“We live less than 2 miles away and have never been here. Ordered online on a whim. Did not dissapoint. We got a number of different types of steamed rice noodles and 2 soup dumpling flavors. Every bit of it was fantastic. To think this hidden gem was right down the street in Quincy.”
“i LOVE their custard bread there and they have so many awesome pastries. my sister couldn’t find a tart and one of the workers grabbed one from behind the counter. we then had lovely interaction (they noticed my death note shirt and we had a small convo) and i left the cafe happy and full. everything is so cute and delicious- when i go to hmart purchasing from here is a must!!”
“As some have mentioned, this Starbucks is not at the location that Google Maps brings you (an auto shop) but inside of the Target by McDonald's. I have tried editing this via Google, hopefully it gets accepted.
My first time in this Target. It's quaint - about a third of a normal one - but nice. Probably perfect for anyone living in the area (definitely those who live in the new apartments/condos above it!). Starbucks was great, staff was very friendly, drinks were made expertly, and I applaud the overall experience!”
