“There was a miscommunication about the bakery's hours, and I genuinely thought we were going to be without our Easter order. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. If you're looking for a bakery that not only delivers incredible baked goods but also treats their customers like family, look no further. Emily and John, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. “We highly recommend Ginger Betty’s. There are so many things to choose from and all delicious. We spoil our clients with Ginger Betty’s and they have to go to get more. We bring Ginger Betty’s cookie trays to family occasions and business raffles. It’s always fun and different at Ginger Betty’s. It’s very sweet there - the treats and the staff.“

“i LOVE their custard bread there and they have so many awesome pastries. my sister couldn’t find a tart and one of the workers grabbed one from behind the counter. we then had lovely interaction (they noticed my death note shirt and we had a small convo) and i left the cafe happy and full. everything is so cute and delicious- when i go to hmart purchasing from here is a must!!“

“Absolute the best cold cut Banh mi anywhere. Has all of the ingredients and adequate quantities of each. The Banh mi is also the right size not small like some from other restaurants.
Their Vietnamese menu is great; a lot offerings different options. Each is delicious like green papaya salad, egg rolls, spring rolls, Banh cuon, grilled beef with betel leaves etc. All are so good.
Can easily come out of here spending hundreds.“
