“There was a miscommunication about the bakery's hours, and I genuinely thought we were going to be without our Easter order. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. If you're looking for a bakery that not only delivers incredible baked goods but also treats their customers like family, look no further. Emily and John, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thai Tea Cake: The Thai milk tea flavor is balanced and delicate. The cake itself is soft yet slightly coarse, and the cream is smooth and creamy. It's very pleasant to eat.

Ube Latte: It tastes like the ube milk tea or ube ice cream cones I used to eat as a child, but it's not as sweet, and you can taste the good quality milk.“

“My family surprised me with a delivery of a dozen of their vegan cupcakes, and they were the best cupcakes I've ever had (vegan or not)! Not only was the icing delicious and generous, but many of the cake portions contained surprises, like the cookies and cream one having Oreos inside the batter! Can't wait to order again :)“

“We stopped here and the north end location. The Harvard location took credit card and there was no line so it was nice to take our time and consider all of the cannoli options. Get the florentine cannoli and you will not regret it. We got a peanut butter and espresso cannolis which were very good but not as good as the Florentine. I got a mousse cake at the north end location and it was good, but I wished I’d gotten a cannoli. Highly recommend if you are in the area!“

“I read some bad reviews but I didn't experience that at all. (Probably b/c I eat gluten).
I've been back 3 times now! I love sweet stuff so I get extra icing. My daughter gets none! The cakes are delicious! Even my husband enjoyed the carrot cake. He is NOT a cake guy. 🤣 Anyways I placed a pick up order last night. Headed there in a few and I can't wait to eat them!“

“We had such an amazing late breakfast at Montilio’s while visiting my mother-in-law! The food was incredible—as it always is! Babs and Dawn are truly the sweetest and most amazing women. They are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful and make every visit feel special.

We loved it so much that we even went back to pick up an early birthday cake for my husband, and it was absolutely out of this world! 🎂
