Overall: this is actually one of the best and fastest cold stones we have been to, they’re very accommodating for a large family and very kind and patient with us, and they were able to move the line very quickly, even with multiple people in line.

This past Monday at Cold Stone in Prudential, I had a fantastic experience. I was a bit unsure about how the mix-ins worked, but one staff member who had beautiful curly hair took the time to guide me step by step. She was so patient and explained everything clearly, which made my visit so easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
Came here for a quick ice cream treat and it didn't disappoint! The ice cream here was amazing, but what really stood out was the staff! I never got their names (I went in an hour before close on June 14), but the staff were really personable and friendly! It made the experience so much better! I ordered the salted pretzel cookies and cream ice cream and the staff gave LOTS of recommendations on what mix-ins to put in based on what they like.
