This past Monday at Cold Stone in Prudential, I had a fantastic experience. I was a bit unsure about how the mix-ins worked, but one staff member who had beautiful curly hair took the time to guide me step by step. She was so patient and explained everything clearly, which made my visit so easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
Came here for a quick ice cream treat and it didn't disappoint! The ice cream here was amazing, but what really stood out was the staff! I never got their names (I went in an hour before close on June 14), but the staff were really personable and friendly! It made the experience so much better! I ordered the salted pretzel cookies and cream ice cream and the staff gave LOTS of recommendations on what mix-ins to put in based on what they like.
Sad day. Almost $9 and got a mini. It was melted like a straight cup of soup. They gave me another flavor—once again melted into soup in less than 2 minutes.
