“first time going yesterday night and i had a great experience and phenomenal service from the young girl working. she was very patient with me and recommended me a lot of things to try based on what i like. surprisingly she spoke very fluent in both mandarin and english so when i had trouble communicating she switched languages immediately and asked if english is more comfortable for me. we also chatted while she was making drinks and the puff cream bubble milk tea was just as good as she described but when i went again today, i felt like I was getting discriminated and side eyed the whole entire time. there was a chubby girl and a skinny girl with bangs working together and they kept chatting themselves the whole time and the RBF from both of them just made me feel so unwelcomed and not comfortable when i was ordering. drinks were okay, the milk tea was way too sweet compared to yesterday. i ordered less sugar but somehow i feel like they accidentally put full sugar for me… not that great of an experience today but ill be back to try other things maybe“

“Excellent breakfast spot where the staff is just as wonderful as the food tastes. Simple scrambled eggs with potatoes and French toast tasted great and was filling. Our server was amazing and always available should we want something additional like an iced coffee. This is an excellent choice for a quick breakfast in downtown Quincy.“

Meanwhile, this location deserves the complete opposite. The staff are genuinely some of the sweetest, most patient people I’ve ever met. They’re always so kind and welcoming, and my drinks are consistently amazing every single visit. It’s honestly why I keep coming back again and again.

And while we’re at it, please stop walking in five minutes before closing. They’re already cleaning and wrapping up after a long day. A little consideration for the employees goes a long way.“
