It was my first at Panera withMy girlfriend and I had no idea what to get and this man Thomas at the register made a great suggestion and I was more than satisfied. He was very professional and polite. It’s because of people like Thomas, people will keep coming back.
I did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:17pm. There was a delay and the order wasn't ready until 5:34pm. This is not a problem except I could overhear the workers joking about only 9% of their orders meeting the promised time. They should know that everything they were saying could be heard by their customers waiting for their orders.The food was good except the soup was saltier than I expected.
