Listen- they run this drive through like the military. It is FAST. However, the orders are all rushed. I’ve had wrong orders, cold food, and have felt extremely rushed to keep moving.
I've been here several times during my commute and it's always been lightening fast, accurate, and staff have been friendly. They work incredibly hard! If they are ever slow it's because it's a very high traffic area during rush hour.
Friendly enough staff but basically too too fast because THEY GET EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG! I live nearby and keep giving them a chance out of sheer convenience but no more.
I mean every...single...time... they're lightning fast in the drive-thru because they completely prioritize speed over accuracy.
