“Wealth Seafood Restaurant is one of those hidden gems. Not fancy at all. Probably a dozen tables, a few large tables with lazy Susans that allow you to rotate your food and eat traditional Chinese style. Mostly Chinese patrons while I was there. As a non-Asian I felt very welcome. I was with a group that runs a Chinese/Sushi restaurant to celebrate the August Moon. The food was absolutely amazing! We had lobster, crabs, whole sea bass, quahogs, clams in spicy black bean sauce, jelly fish, duck feet, fried pig intestines, salt and pepper fried pork cutlets, salt and pepper fried calamari, salt and pepper fried shrimp, sizzling pig intestines, loofah with Lilly buds and wood-ear mushrooms and seafood soup. I ate some of everything and it was all delicious! I can't wait to go back!! They also stay open late!
Edit: Went back last night and had another amazing meal! A lot of the same I had last time. The new items I had was a 10lb king crab, crab lover mein, huge oysters, geo duck, squab, frog and soy sauce chicken! Everything was amazing!!“

“Shu DaXia’s hotpot was a surprising hit and my friends actually prefer it to Liuyishou or Qiao Lin now. The main reason is that they offer a vegetarian version of the spicy Sichuan pepper broth, which the other places didn’t have, I really enjoyed the Shiitake chicken broth as well. The crispy fried pork appetizer was delicious, and I loved that the restaurant felt clean and had a coat check. It wasn't too crowded when we went, which made the whole experience even better.

The meats were cheaper priced to the other hotpot restaurants in Boston which was nice.“

“Happy Lamb in Cambridge is my preferred location in Massachusetts.

I've been going to this location for quite some time now, and it never disappoints.

I always look forward to going because of the consistency of the flavor, atmosphere, and the great customer service that is provided amongst the entire staff.

I would like to single out three ladies that always go above and beyond to make sure that everything is up to the best standards. These ladies are Stephanie, Julissa, and Adrianna. They always have a smile on their face, are extremely kind and attentive. They make the experience always enjoyable for myself and my friends/family. It's always a wonderful restaurant experience and with them it feels like I'm visiting family for dinner with their warm welcoming back.

I really appreciate that level of service that Stephanie, Julissa, and Adrianna always provide. I always look forward to seeing them, and they are a great asset to Happy Lamb in Cambridge.

“My wife and I were in from out of town. My wife is Food was so good we went two nights out of the four we were in town. We arrived around 5 and were seated right away. It was packed by 6. First night we had individual pots and the second night we shared. The frog legs were very good! Don't forget to add the sauce and snack option.“

“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. “Generous portions for cheap! They give a lot of rice which fills you up, but a decent portion of main dish (I got pork and tofu). The main dishes are a bit oily, but they taste very good. The pork had a decent amount of lean meat as well as fatty, which is good. I wish the tofu had a little more taste, but it was still good. Food came very quickly. The soup it came with was too salty though, tasted like salt water. Everything here was around $12 which is a good deal! Recommend for a quick but filling meal.“
