Many nights I have come into my favorite restaurant just a few minutes before they open, and I love to watch as the fabulous cook chops and prepares that night's supply of vegetables. They look so fresh, as though just picked from a garden. But everything is fresh and perfectly seasoned--never over-seasoned or salty--at Muang Thai. The hot and sour shrimp soup was excellent. It’s a Thai cuisine, so it’s a light broth, not like the Chinese version, but it was excellent. The chicken with vegetables and peanut sauce was not to my liking, but I’d order it again if the chicken was not so dry, and the vegetables were more well done. Chill atmosphere, mostly a takeout restaurant so it is pretty empty. Crazy noodles were decent. Would recommend the Thai tea, got a refill to-go as well!
