“Delicious menu items.. the pear salad is delicious and a fabulous starter to share. I had the swordfish over the lobster succotash and it was fantastic.. the succotash alone would be a delight! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back. We ended with the flourless chocolate cake and it was perfect“

“I’m from the NJ/NY area but have lived in MA for a few years. Other than 1 other place. I can’t find any good pizza.Recently I’ve gone to Comella’s’ a few times on my lunch break. They sell Sicilian pizza by the slice and it’s really good. The place has a cool look , has a bar area and everyone there is always very friendly. I recently tried their regular pizza, not Sicilian. And it was amazingly good. It’s probably the best pizza I’ve had in this area in over eight years. I will definitely be ordering that again.

We were blown away - yes, the food was good… but the highlight truly was our server Mary Beth. She was an absolute delight, and incredible at the finer points of hospitality that really can’t be taught. “My friend and I went here for the first time last night. I got the chicken francese but instead of the veg risotto I asked for the creamy risotto and it did not disappoint! Probably the best creamy risotto I’ve ever had. The chicken was cooked as expected and the lemon caper sauce was very tasty. My friend got the chicken Marsala with angel hair and said it was very good. For dessert, I got a pistachio martini and the pistachio ricotta cake. My friend got the lemon cake. My martini was tasty but just ok. I did ask for the dirty ice on the side but never got it and I suspect it might be because I didn’t get a full drink served to me. It was only filled 3/4 of the way. For a 14 dollar drink, please fill my glass. Neither cake was good. My pistachio cake had no flavor as there was no hint of pistachio or any ricotta. My friend said her lemon cake tasted odd, nothing like lemon. So overall, food was very good, atmosphere was nice especially if you sit in the upper level to view the water and planes but I would definitely skip dessert next time. I’ll definitely be back for that Risotto though!!! Oh and the staff were very very nice and also very attentive!!! My only critique, we had like 3 different waitresses rotating to take orders, check in, clean up and it was a bit confusing. At the end we were confused on exactly who we were tipping.

Parking: 6:00 on a Wednesday and got a spot almost right out front. All street parking is within a reasonable walking distance to the front door.“

“Everything was exceptional! The cocktails are amazing and so many unique ones. The food was fresh and delicious and you know it is made with the best ingredients. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great and our server, who is also one of the owners made the entire night a phenomenal one! He made great suggestions for cocktails and man was he right! He suggested the burrata appetizer, not usually a fan of it but this was on a whole different level of yumminess. Entrees were simply delicious and the portions were huge. Desserts, cappuccino and espresso martinis to close out the perfect meal! This place is an absolute must!!“

“This has to be the South Shore's best kept secret! My wife and I were looking to grab a quick meal the other day and stopped by Cannoli's on Whitman's Pond. I've been to the restaurant several time for various functions, but never for dinner. Vinny was wonderful - just the right attention - no hovering, but there when we needed anything. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had chicken marsala. Both were incredible! Plus, it's affordable - around $65 for the two of us (including two glasses of wine!) This will definitely become one of our go to places!“

“My husband and I stopped there for lunch while our dog was being groomed. We ordered sandwiches and my husband started to feel lightheaded. We were served and it had to ask for the check and take out containers. Our waitress was an angel from god. She brought the takeout containers and the check and also a bottle of cold water, an empty bag and extra napkins in case he was sick on our way home. We didn’t even get a chance to eat our food. “They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...“

“Wow is all I can say but I will definitely fill you all in a bit more. So we made reservations for 6:30 and we were a little late. I know places that would not be happy about that and would give you a hard time and we weren't all together but they still sat us no problem at all. My family and I all order my wife the surf and turf and she loved everything about it my sister in law did a Chicken dish my daughter did Chicken Ziti and Broccoli her boyfriend did the Chicken special dish. I order a Prime Rib medium when it came to the table it was definitely not medium but it was late in the day so I didn't say anything and went along eating I took a few bites and said to my wife that mine wasn't the best but I said nothing to Jenn our waitress. She came over and said you asked for Medium and that is definitely not Medium. I said it was really okay no big deal. She was so super nice and said no no not at all she asked to take it and asked if If she could get me something else. Unfortunately I had a taste for that Prime Rib so nothing was going to work they took the Rib off and coveree desert. I put 5 Stars for the meal because everyone loved what they all got. Honestly the rib wasn't horrible it just was over cooked for me but the service made up for that one steak the service from Jenn and the Manager made that steak taste 10 Times better and the personality and interaction was just way over the top amazing. We live on the North Shore and went here because my daughters Boyfriend lives on the South Shore. I tell you this for sure we will be back again and it definitely helps that we had Jenn for our waitress. I probably wouldn't be able to pick her out of a crowd but her personality and care of me and my family will be something we won't forget for a long while. “I had dinner at Trattoria San Pietro for the first time with a friend, and it was an excellent experience. We started with the stuffed peppers and mussels, both of which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. For our main courses, I had the Chicken Marsala, while my friend opted for the veal chop—both dishes were absolutely delicious. We finished off the meal with their cheesecake for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending.

There is no better lobster roll than the one at 5 South Main - nice pillowy roll with a generous serving of lobster meat coated (but not soaked) in mayo. Also recommend the chicken Caesar wrap. The staff is always really pleasant. Have primarily gone for the takeout, but also have enjoyed dining in. Very cozy in here (4 to 6 tables). Perfect place to come when looking for a very small and quiet atmosphere. Menu is just the right size - everything is freshly prepared. Very generous pours of wine for anyone dining in for dinner.“

“Wicked Good Food! It’s the first time ordering from here. I’m always skeptical of 1st tries because I’m VERY picky about pizza. I got a small veggie pizza and it was awesome! Their sauce is good and they’re super generous with the toppings and cheese! Also tried the buffalo tenders, omg…wicked good! They’re not all dripping with buffalo sauce, they’re the exact right amount of buffalo-ey, but in a dry way, and with perfect crunchiness! We ordered take out from here yesterday and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had placed a previous order with another restaurant for catering and they notified us less than 2 hours before our food was supposed to be ready that they would not be able to fulfill our order. We called about 8 different places with no luck and then called Mamma Mia's. The staff was able to shift some things around and fit our order for several takeout trays in without any issues at all. The food was even ready early dispite the limited preptime they were given. We ordered the chicken broccoli ziti and the baked ziti and both were outstanding. The homemade meatballs in the baked ziti are some of the best I've ever had. Portion sizes were excellent and the prices were incredibly reasonable (especially for the quality of the food)

Mamma Mia's is our new favorite and will be our go to from now on.
