This is a hidden gem in the heart of Hingham, MA. Located in the back of a liquor store, you'll find this cute & clean sub shop. If your trying to get a quick bite that's filling and affordable at lunch, this is a great choice. The subs are honestly the best I've ever had. The bread is exceptional, not soft/doughy and not hard/cut-your-mouth crunchy - just the right balance. And the way they construct the subs is perfect - the meat and toppings don't fall out the back after a bite or two. We've had most of the subs on the menu and they've all been delicious. Everyone working there is very nice and welcoming.

just got a prosciutto de Parma here today and I have to tell you the service was some thing out of 19 7080s. Extremely respectful, extremely good-natured, professional beyond what you see today, and I know that's not saying much as the service industry has truly taken its fall.
