Ordered a coffee and a side cup of ice. I received my coffee within reasonable time and then stood there for several minutes waiting for a cup of ice. Once the cup of ice was made it just sat on the counter until a barista moved it over to the hand off location. I understand there are other drinks going on but nobody should have to stand there waiting for that long for a cup of ice. I work at another Starbucks location on Cape Cod so I understand the ins and outs but a couple of the employees here had no sense of urgency or awareness. You’d think with the amount of staff they have on the floor there wouldn’t be a long wait for something so simple.

No One

My co-worker ordered 3 coffees and picked them up. Two of them ended up being extremely bitter. I brought them back to see if they could be remade. The manager said it was okay. The barista there peeled the labels off of them and put them on new cups. When I got back to my work we tried them and they were still no good. Tasted like there was mint flavored cold foam when it’s suppose to be vanilla. I highly suggest the baristas pay attention, especially when the coffees cost so much money. Makes me not want to spend my money there.

This place literally serves the wrong drink every single time!I’ll send my partner to get the Drink - he has gone in there with different orders and each time they give him a “vanilla bean Frappuccino”Which makes me have to go out my way now to fix this.Then the phones are just magically busy all day so you can’t call n try to fix before you have to workThe girls are to just flirting and on their phones n don’t actually pay attention it’s really sadThis isn’t game time ladies get your act together n learn your freakin menu

I cannot say enough how awful and rude and beyond just mean I am treated when I come and buy from Starbucks at this location. The managers are so rude knowing my family is all lawyers who come in and always order huge amounts from them; and told me word for word with a smile on her face " I don't care that you come back, we have plenty others". Then I was ignored over and over when I'd ask for an extra lid because the one prior broke. Anything asked for is 'oh my goodness it's so hard to do anything'. I'm ignored and the entire Starbucks sees this people waiting and in the cafe area .Not only the location is filthy and bathrooms are gross. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. My whole family comes here for years, and spent so much money at Starbucks and I'm told 'i don't care' by a Manager... Wow, no words for management and customer service. This is ridiculous, after the situation there was a couple people who also left and also agreed how rude they were to me and they had been treated unprofessionally too. For a Hingham Starbucks this should be sincerely altered and properly trained workers. These many situations present the company so poorly and gives Starbucks a bad name.

So I go to Starbucks almost every day and I travel a lot, so I'm in different cities different states all across the country and I have to say this was easily the best Starbucks experience I ever had. The store is fine very comfortable and accommodating but it's the people. Kristin welcomes me was so friendly, so helpful and a staff of the number of people working with her for also incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended a great pastry that I had never tried it and it just left me with a smile as I left the store. In fact, I wish I worked here because the people fun
