I recently visited Eviva Trattoria in Hanover, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hot honey pizza was phenomenal—perfectly balanced with just the right kick of heat and sweetness. The appetizers were equally impressive, showcasing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. However, what truly made the night exceptional was the service. Melissa, the bartender, was outstanding. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and impeccable service set the bar...

Food was phenomenal. I had the lobster ravioli. Was awesome. The cream sauce, kale. And cherry tomatoes added to the taste and presentation. My wife had the Shrimp Scampi. She said it was very tasty. She ordered the larger portion and was very pleased. The server we had was very attentive and checked in with us several times. I joined the loyalty club and because of that, we got a free desert. So we had the 4 PC cannoli. Tasted great. Should have asked for 2 without chocolate...
