Lack of trained staff. Never paid attention to us or asked how things were. Bartender/server never said his name. It took 10 minutes to put in a drink order and another ten to get them because he had to wait for a shaker! Drinks barely had an alcohol in them. He finally took our food order but never took the menus away. The bar back unloaded the glass washer and handled every glass by the rim! **Ok, so I always feel so bad leaving a bad review but when the bad experience is consistent, I think it needs to be noted and hopefully addressed ***On a Tuesday, I went to Flanders Field around 5:30pm. I walked into the restaurant with my two daughters. There was no one at the host stand.
