It’s disappointing and makes zero sense when you order a large hot mocha and it arrives feeling light. We took off the top and there was over an inch of open space at the top of our drink, which is almost low enough to make it a medium.
I stood at the counter for a few minutes, waiting to be acknowledged. And more waiting. There were 3 workers behind the counter, one was in training, one was heating a cookie, and the third was doing nothing. How sad that customer service is such a low priority for these workers. Rude!
