I’ve been going to the Olde Hitching Post for a while . But this is the first time we sat in the bar. The service is better in the dining room. My wife had Prime Rib which she liked. Huge piece of meat and good flavor. Great value . I had a seafood trio. Not so great. Two very small pieces of fish, three shrimp and four scallops, fries and onion rings. It tasted good but such a small amount. I had a martini told the girl house vodka. I got charged for Grey Goose and it was...
I have been back to this restaurant twice since it's been taken over by new management. And it has been WONDERFUL both visits. We had some quick appetizers on our first visit back, in case the food had lost its quality, but shockingly the food was delicious. The potato skins were creamy and melty with tons of cheese and the fried calamari was delicious. Our second visit back we got the same wonderful waitress we had previously and I got the clam chowder and a Caesar salad....
Went for the Easter brunch. Excellent. You could not ask for any better food or service. I highly recommend this restaurant. Check out the Sunday brunch. You will not be disappointed.
