The outside looks dirty and trash was overflowing onto the ground the inside trash was a bucket on the ground The one employee busting her butt should get a raise. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed, and should step up and do better. If I had one person trying to do everything my butt would be behind the counter or cleaning. Your failing. Do better!

Customer service is AWFUL. The blonde manager with glasses is probably the slowest and rudest person I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Service is slow, coffee is always wrong/burnt, and the staff are just MISERABLE. This store needs serious help… will never go back! Don’t bother going to this dunks!!!!!!!

Cashier was very friendly and efficient, the man making the coffee and sandwiches... I'm at a loss for words..... I've never waited so long for two coffees at a Dunkin's in my life, and no there was no one else in front of me waiting for anything. He finally hands me my coffee's and I thank him and ask for a tray....he turns his back and starts to make an English muffin never acknowledged me. I'm not from the area and felt a little dumb when I noticed the trays on the counter to my left. What really gets me...I had already tipped the cashier 3 & change... and then seeing a tip jar for likely the owner (based on his attire and attitude/ no uniform/ key ring etc. attitude being the biggest)...three Stars are 100% the cashier's , the atmosphere is all the other customers who came in while I was there, the food...is Dunkin's, you'd have to go out your way to make it bad.

Terrible service. Got there at 4:58 am the doors were open and 2 ladies said we not open till 5, made me wait 2 min outside for a donut. They seemed so miserable like I’m interrupting there time at work.

I went in to redeem my birthday reward and the 2 ladies at the registers didn’t know what I was talking about. Appeared to be J1s so not mad at them at all. The one that was working with me went to ask her a manger 3 times about if I get any free rewards and her manager just didn’t come out to talk to me until the cashier went to her for the 5th time! She came out smacking her gum, super rude, wouldn’t really answer any of my questions. I showed her the offer in the app and that it was my birthday and she just said “we don’t give out free stuff”. Like what? Went to a better Dunkin and actually got my rewards. Avoid going here

I worked here and behind the counter is nasty they keep everything a secret from you never tell you there are flys storming around your donuts when you order them not just that there bagels are in the open never covered welcome to flys sticking to your food!! Simi friendly staff but assume why to much about your personality that’s why they fired me because they somehow convinced upper management I was a down right bad employee when in all respect I am a nice professional guy never would hurt a fly!!! It’s iffy I would kind of recommend this location if you hate people

Best iced latte with caramel
This Dunkin Donuts is the best! The employees are so nice spesificly Erin such a nice person and remembers my order.
Problem with coffee machine so by time coffee was ready food was cold. Coffee was not as ordered and had no taste.
Got my order wrong and the bread was soggy. Coffee was just ok.
Shout out to TJ and Mike who were so kind and helpful dealing with my mobility issues!!!!!
