We love Red River Barbecue. Their food is delicious. We’ve tried their wings, brisket, smoked prime rib, ribs, and the crème brûlée … it’s all been amazing. Their specials are also great. And they have a really nice staff. M
Waitress was very nice; warm atmosphere; good drinks. I hated the wings because they tasted like simple wings you’d get at a Chinese restaurant. Also, the cornbread was stale, which came with a tiny bit of butter. Go here, but don’t get the wings!
I’ve been here many times always trying to give it another chance. After three times, it’s is painfully mediocre. The BBQ is always so dry and one occasion just flat out cold/room temp. While the meat itself is yummy and cooked well, there is no extra seasoning to amplify the flavors, it’s very bland. The BBQ sauce is barely noticeable and they skimp you hard so you can’t enjoy it. Fries are fantastic though, so are the many sides. The service is always great and warm...
