Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden

Perks was so cute! The line was long on a Saturday morning but it moved fast. The staff was very friendly. I got a banana bread latte. Omg so so so good. Perfect size, perfect amount of sweetening. There's places to sit outside and there's merch to be purchased. Didn't get any food but that looked really good too!

Great atmosphere, busy place but the staff handles the rush very well! Coffee is amazing! Mamas brunch was good too!

jed is absolutely amazing

Love this place! I frequent Harwich port during the summer and Perks is always a must visit. Special shoutout to barista Finley for making a killer caramel macchiato and always having a positive attitude. Can't wait to come back!

One piece of bacon on a breakfast sandwich is diabolical

Worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had…. The bagel? (Or bread whatever it was) was horrible & soft and not toasted after we specifically asked for it. One small piece of smoked salmon too. My friends BEC cheese wasn’t even melted and with a tiny piece of bacon.. I hate to leave a negative review but for a $14 breakfast sandwich I’m extremely disappointed.

Terrible breakfast. Coffee had grounds in it; one sip and its like you ate a bag of tobacco. And look at this sandwich…. $10? What even is this 😂

You charged me almost 9 dollars for a large coffee with a splash of oat milk - That's legit nuts. I guess a lot of tourists don't even look, but your prices are higher than NYC...oh and i'm from here :)

Could be a cool spot for coffee just please don’t order a hot espresso-based drink with milk. Burned the milk and had no microfoam at all.

We only had two weak $14 dollar margaritas. If you have a open tab they put a $100 hold on the card without asking. Looked at the menu which looked good. Prices seemed reasonable. Might go back to try the fish and other tacos

Incredibly disappointed with the service. Jed was so unprofessional, took an absolute power trip insisting my friend’s out of state license was a fake while refusing to check it with a scanner or flashlight. Harwichport is a vacation destination, so the staff should be able to deal with people coming from other states. I’m someone who comes to the beer garden frequently in the summer, but now I’m hesitant to take people there. Staff needs to get their protocol down and be more professional.

This place is incredible! I’m a regular at the coffeeshop and adore all the workers. Meghan, MK, Finley, Brady, Olivia, etc…they’re all so kind, helpful, and make some mean specialty lattes. Not to mention the cold brew is delicious. All smiles!!

My friend and I arrived here at 1030AM, we placed our coffee orders. When we asked to place our breakfast orders, the girl told us they stopped serving breakfast by that time (with attitude). According to the online menu, breakfast is served until 1130AM, so not sure why she decided to stop serving at 1030AM. There is also nowhere in the store that shows the time breakfast sandwiches stop being served.
