Ruggie's Breakfast and Lunch is a quaint and clean spot serving amazing food at great prices. The BLT and blue cheese hamburger are out of this world, with fresh and quality bread. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Guests enjoy a great breakfast sandwich with home fries, and the restaurant is known for being kid-friendly with plenty of families dining in. The breakfast combo with coffee is very good, and the Belgium waffle and blueberry pancakes come in ample portions. While parking can be a challenge, especially in the summer months, there is a lot behind the restaurant and street parking available. The staff is efficient and pleasant, even during busy times, and the homemade hash browns and corned beef hash are delicious. The restaurant is open in the less busy fall season and offers a unique menu, including a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. The walking space can get tight during rush hours, but overall, it remains a great local hangout with a cozy diner vibe. Note that wheelchair accessibility is limited.
