Ex-metro NYC guy here saying this is as “NYC Italian deli” that you’re going to find on the Cape. We live 15 miles from them but go out of our way to grab subs and food. Do check out their back room with the coolers and shelves of items as well. The soups are amazing too!!! It’s well worth your time!

Good cannoli chips

This was our first time at Scribano’s and it will not be our last. We ordered three subs, one of which was the Super Italian (only one half pictured because it looked so good I dove in right away before snapping a photo!) The portions are terrific for the price as is the quality. The staff was incredible and friendly. When one of the staff saw that the patrons were all watching the Olympics, he turned on the volume and we it was as if we were all watching as one big family. Overall, great atmosphere and even better food. Would come again!

Great sandwiches with quality ingredients and lots of flavor. Overall we enjoyed what we ordered but were slightly disappointed that the eggplant caprese panini only had a single layer of eggplant parm in it. It was mostly bread and not enough to satisfy. The other selections we had were good and the bread is fresh. A good place to go for lunch but it can get busy so be prepared to wait a while.

I've noticed that Scribanos is not nearly as busy as it was previously. The meals contain a LOT of water in the takeout containers which makes them feel deceivingly heavy; the new hostess (middle aged woman) is abrupt, rude and eats when taking payment; when placing a phone order the person taking the order always says it will be ready in 20-25 minutes but since everything is premade and precooked it's always ready in ten minutes. The food is good but overpriced... especially when paying for water downed meals. Drain your pasta!!

We enjoyed the Super Italian subs from Scribanos. Huge portions for a reasonable price. The bread was great. I recommend calling ahead or ordering online for take out. Looking forward to trying more subs out!

Ordered a sandwich today December 2, 2023.I was actually probably somewhat of an annoying customer ordering a custom sandwich wanted it with extra mayonnaise then halfway through the guy making it. I asked him to take some of the mayonnaise off I was a real annoying customer I’m sure,Anyways, the guy who made my sandwich absolutely knocked it out of the park might be the best sandwich I’ve ever had on Cape Cod and the whole time. They were polite and accommodating to all my weird request. Probably won’t go anywhere else on Cape Cod for a sandwich after my experience today , wish I knew the guys name who made my sandwich
