Ex-metro NYC guy here saying this is as “NYC Italian deli” that you’re going to find on the Cape. We live 15 miles from them but go out of our way to grab subs and food. Do check out their back room with the coolers and shelves of items as well. The soups are amazing too!!! It’s well worth your time!
This was our first time at Scribano’s and it will not be our last. We ordered three subs, one of which was the Super Italian (only one half pictured because it looked so good I dove in right away before snapping a photo!) The portions are terrific for the price as is the quality. The staff was incredible and friendly. When one of the staff saw that the patrons were all watching the Olympics, he turned on the volume and we it was as if we were all watching as one big family....
Great sandwiches with quality ingredients and lots of flavor. Overall we enjoyed what we ordered but were slightly disappointed that the eggplant caprese panini only had a single layer of eggplant parm in it. It was mostly bread and not enough to satisfy. The other selections we had were good and the bread is fresh. A good place to go for lunch but it can get busy so be prepared to wait a while.
