I got the cruffin, it was absolutely amazing I wish I got more than just the one. Hot chocolate was good. Very cute building and design.

This was my first time attending a jazz event where you dined outside and not in 28 Atlantic. I prefer the latter but the buffet was ok. Service was great and the music was fantastic. So glad Wequasset has the jazz festival for us in the summer.

Our experience at the Wequassett Jazz Festival was less than expected. We have been coming to the Wequassett for over 20 years and always have had our expectations exceeded. This recent visit was not up to the Wequassett standard. We waited in a line with little to no communication from the staff, we were unsure of what we were supposed to do and there was no one available to direct or answer questions. We were finally seated and our table top was unstable and we could not eat/ cut our food without everything on the table spilling. We asked our server for help and she tried to fix the bottom of the table to no avail as it was the top of the table and she noted that she could not do anything further to fix it. After that encounter, she ignored us for the remainder of the night. The food was ok but cold and the line was very long. Most items on the buffet we empty and staff were trying to refill resulting in long waits. Overall a very disappointing night at was our favorite place on the cape.

The staff at Wequasset were super helpful. My wife's shoe disintegrated as we walked in and the staff at Wequasset had a bunch of options to help her out. They had duck tape (which worked) as well as flip flops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The setting of the resort is also amazing. We'll definitely be back next summer! And make it at least once a summer.

Enjoyed the resort pre-concert, catching up with family around the fire pits having cocktails w/ beautiful views of Pleasant Bay. Dined stage side buffet style across the hall (lobster Mac, shrimp cocktail, salmon rice pilaf, beef, chicken w/ corn salad & greens). Dessert & coffee/tea was brought to our table 15 minutes before the show. Loved Kate Pierson accompanied by two outstanding musicians bass player & guitarist. Lovely venue for a jazz concert.

The venue is physically beautiful The food was flavorless Presented nicely but no taste The shrimp was filled with water so no taste I understand varied tastes but the chicken and salmon were bland. This should not be in a place like this. Very disappointing

The venue setting is beautiful, the food good and the singer was great. We have seen Morgan James before, so we knew that already! Our assigned table was not in a good location - at the side and slightly behind the stage. Fortunately there was a free high table further back but with a clear view of the stage, which was much better. Really enjoyed the evening. Will check the programme next year and hope to be back.

The best croissants in the Northeast! The flakiest, butteriest, still-warm-from-the-oven, made from scratch daily in house. My only hesitation is posting this because once the word get out…fugettaboutit

The Jazz dinner was great. The resort was very well maintained everything looked very well taken care of. I read some poor reviews about the food and service my experiences were completely different service was fantastic and the food was very good and plenty of it to go around. The musicians were fantastic and gave a great show. What a great setting for a show. We had a great time and will be coming back again.

Nice but strange communication with the tabs/reservations. One specific staff awkwardly came and asked for our credit card for our bar tab, after our waitress told us it would be applied to our reservation. It was very strange.

I reserved a table for dnner and the show. I was seated in front row. Everyone around me had water, cocktails ... as I waited, I saw several wait staff walk past me. I was not acknowledged at all. After 15 minutes, I got up and asked hostess how I could acquire a cocktail. She told me to go to the bar, at the end of the corridor. I explained I was seated for dinner ... thought I would have been waited on. I Walked to the back of the corridor to the bar .. and was told they were not open to serve for another 10 minutes!! At that point, I was annoyed. Everyone in the hot and humid pavilion had water and drinks. They were all eating and I was wandering around, trying to get waited on. I Told the bartender all I wanted was a drink .. how can I make that happen? One of them kindly made me one. I paid $200 for 2 seats, a table ... i sat down again, with my drink, finally a waiter came over. I told him i had been waiting quite a while and his response was “ what .. 5 minutes”??!! ? Whoa! I had to ask where the food was ... no instructions were given. And the “buffet” was extremely limited and some dishes were nearly empty. Absolutely NOT worth the price. The music was great. I have been attending these Jazz nights for several years. It was much better prior to new ownership. The venue is nice, the music is good, but I wont waste money on reservations for dinner again.

We purchased tickets for the Jazz/dinner night which was advertised with a particular opening act. We really thought it would be fun to see them, even though we had no idea who the other entertainer was. The opening act never happened and the venue never mentioned anything about this. We have called three times now to speak with someone regarding the misrepresentation of who was performing, and each time we are told someone will return the call...and that never happens. It really is discouraging to think that a venue like this feels they have the right to falsely promote an event, and then not communicate with the folks who paid to attend. On top of this the food was mediocre, at best. The venue is beautiful, it's really a shame that we now have such a bad taste due to the service from management.

I had the honor of photographing a wedding at the Wequassett and would 10/10 recommend. Everything from the staff to the food to the venues scenery was top notch.

My wife and I had hot vanilla lattes, which were delicious and beautiful.
We also grabbed a strawberry scone, coffee cake and pancake cake. All were delicious. The service was great and friendly.

My husband grew up going to the Wequassett as a kid. He talked it up so much that I was thinking it might not to live up to the hype - but it absolutely did. The resort is absolutely beautiful. It's so well landscaped, very clean and incredibly picturesque. The guest room we stayed it was lovely. The staff were so friendly and treated my family and I so well. Everything felt luxurious. The pool and hot tub were divine and the poolside drinks and food we ordered were delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to treat themselves to a truly rejuvenating night away or vacation.
