Cute vineyard, good wine, and a terrific way to spend some time with family & friends. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere laid back and comfortable.

Looks like my last review was removed a few months back? Visited this place and wine and atmosphere is absolutely amazing - staff could be more friendlier and helpful tho! They could use some serious work

I'm a big fan of the Black Birch Vineyard. A good selection of wines and the vibe is relaxing and warm. There's lots of parking and the interior is nice.

Great place to spend the afternoon. Very dog friendly! We like that! And pizza too. Relaxing way to enjoy local.

The winery was cute and everyone seemed very relaxed showing its chill vibe. I liked their rose wine and the pizza that was sold outside was also great. Would visit again!

The property is very nice, and the wine is very good. The staff were nice. I prefer a wine tasting where you can just take all the tastings to a table and enjoy them with your company vs standing at the counter doing them 1 by 1.

Black Birch is the most beautiful hidden gem in Western Mass! The owners are down to earth & amazing to work with for private events. The facilities are cozy & clean, and wine is incredible + pizza on the weekends too! Come to hangout for a glass on a week night, meet a friend to lounge in the adirondacks on the weekend, or book a private event - they can and will do it all!

Poor customer service, no one answers the phone and when we showed up @ 540 they could not help us with anything and nothing in website closing early! Bar, that does not close till 6 had already closed

We visited this cute winery over the weekend. It’s about 1.5 hours from the city, a bit out of the way, but it’s the closest winery we know around Boston—and it was definitely worth the trip.

The wine was surprisingly good! We tried the tasting menu, and everything we sampled was decent and well-made. We even ended up buying a couple of bottles to bring home, and the prices were quite reasonable. What a pleasant surprise—I didn’t know New England had good wine!

They also offer a membership program that includes discounts and event notifications. It seems like a great deal if you live closer. I’m definitely hoping to see their wines pop up in our local liquor stores soon. A hidden gem worth discovering!

The location is modern and very neatly kept. The wines are pretty good considering as well. The winemaker was there when we stopped in for a tasting and was so kind and friendly. We really enjoyed talking with him. The woman working, who might be the owner, had a little attitude. I’m assuming so as I saw her in photos with the dog there? Either way, I found her dismissive. If it wasn’t for her, I definitely would’ve given it 5 stars.

1st timer @ Black Birch. We really enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming. They had Cousins lobster food truck. We really enjoyed the wine tasting. I really look forward to coming back. It's in off the beaten path but a very relaxing place. It's dog friendly & you can bring your own snacks.

By far the best New England wine we’ve tasted by far. Lovely tasting room with live music and a welcoming vibe!

Beautiful vineyard - Kevin was great and the wine was delicious. Could easily watch a whole day go by there.
